Amazing central apartment on the ground floor of a modern but historic building (totally rebuild in May 2016). Full of light, this apartment has plenty of space for two guests: 1 double bedroom with big closet area, 1 bathroom, spacious living room (dining and lounge areas), little office space and a cozy deck and PRIVATE garden where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air in the middle of historic Lisbon. :) It is situated in a calm street, yet in a central location. We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, espresso machine, microwave, and washing machine. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, shower gel, toilet paper, etc. There’s an iron in the apartment, etc… you don't have to bring any of those things. There are air conditionings in the room and living room. You’ll have wireless Internet, so if you'll need to connect, bring your devices ☺. We will welcome you at the apartment and share all of our knowledge and recommendations with you. We will also be on hand during your stay – should you have any problems or queries we are only a phone call away. The entrance lobby of the building have 24h security camera, this is a request from the condominium and is full compliance with portuguese law privacy policies We promise you will enjoy your stay, however, be warned! There is lift from the first floor. It is a large apartment with 58m2 and two large windows in the living room forward where there is sun all afternoon. It is equipped with everything you could wish for. The bedroom has a large double bed with 1.60m x 2.00m, and has a closet to store your things. The bathroom is complete with towels and a hairdryer. In the living room you have a table if you dine so you can dine or work if that is the case. There is a kitchen equipped with all appliances and utensils to use. The sofa makes a double bed by 1.35m x 1.90m. Where you can also relax watching TV. Guests have private access to the entire apartment. There is free and unlimited internet connection. Keep in mind that this apartment (like almost every flats on the central old town) its located on tradicional building on third floor without lift. This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.
