What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Our fourth stay at Deb and Mary’s was just as relaxing and comfortable as it always is. We highly recommend this gorgeous house, both for its location and for how modern and well-equipped it is. The two living areas make it a fantastic choice for an extended family group. Thanks Deb for being the best communicator and for making us feel at home. We’re already missing it and looking forward to next year’s visit.

Very clean and spacious place in the perfect location, right near the water and Bellarine coastal walking track. The sunrises and sunets here are magnificent and can be seen unobstructed right from the living area! The house has everything you need and a spacious front and back yard for the kids and dog to run around and play - perfect for a family getaway. Amy made us feel right at home with timely communication. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend with the family.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Waking up each morning to the majestic sea views was a real highlight — it was peaceful, relaxing, and absolutely breathtaking. The house itself is modern, clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from the kitchen essentials to the cozy living spaces. Its location was perfect for us — just a short drive to the Penguin Parade, which was a memorable experience, and close to Cowes for dining, shopping, and exploring. Whether we were enjoying a morning coffee with the ocean as our backdrop or coming back after a day out, this place truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a tranquil and scenic getaway!

We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). We absolutely loved our stay at Bantry Bay. Beautifully decorated, so many special touches, everything worked, the dog felt at home straight away as did we. Trudi was super responsive and helpful from beginning to end - top notch hosts!!! Cannot wait to get back. Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

10/10 Stay! Our weekend away before Christmas was perfect. Melodie made the stay so painless and easy. The house itself was so well thought out with comfy beds, a clean and lovely pool and firewood for the fire. The outdoor area was unreal also and where we spent most of our time. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Every room is so tastefully decorated with everything you need, the kitchen is amazing and cinema and pool were a hit with the kids. Tim was an awesome host who was very understanding when we had an accident. He also posted our son’s teddy that we left behind. Definitely recommend this beautiful listing!

This place is generous - plenty of room, well appointed, all manner of kitchen accoutrements, many touches of luxury - a real home away from home. The house was perfect for our gathering of family and friends. Although the weather was too cool to use the pool, it was lovely to gaze upon it from the living room. It is a short stroll from the bay and the Sorrento shops. Leanne was easy to communicate with and always answered our queries quickly. I highly recommend Leanne's place for a group gathering!

An absolutely stunning property, the open living space is perfectly designed and appointed to relax and/or entertain. The surrounding back yard and pool were equally as stunning, and we were able to enjoy the perfect weather over our weekend stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed in all bedrooms were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this property for large groups of multiple families as there is an abundance of space!

Such a beautiful and peaceful location nestled into the dunes. It was the perfect house for a relaxing weekend spent with friends cooking, walking and swimming. We hope to be back again one day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lovely pool and fireplace were a standout for us. Spacious, quiet and CLEAN! Friendly, prompt, and easy communication. I’ve never been to an air bnb where the wine glasses sparkle lol. Everything was just so clean. Our pup enjoyed running around in the front garden. Worth every cent and will be back for sure!!! From the moment we booked, communication was professional and clear, which made the whole experience seamless. The home itself was immaculate, and the heater had been thoughtfully turned on for our arrival—such a welcoming touch that added to the cosy atmosphere. We brought along our two teens with the goal of enjoying a minimal-tech, family-focused holiday, and this house was absolutely perfect. We cooked meals together, sat by the fire, had movie nights, and even swam in the heated pool under the stars—pure magic. The location was ideal, with stunning coastal walks just outside the front door. We also took a scenic road trip to visit some local wineries and Charlie’s Car Museum, which was a hit with everyone. From boutique shopping in Sorrento to the nearby hot springs, golf driving range and beautiful beach strolls, there was something for everyone. We made some truly special memories here and will definitely be back!

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.
