Townhome holiday rentals in Port Melbourne Beach

Very beautiful home . We arrived late at night and was a little difficult to find and to see what a beautiful location this was . There are many beautiful homes in this gated community , very well kept gardens . We realised this in the morning . Lots of native visitors ( kangaroos and owls) Very well appointed kitchen including a coffee machine and milk frother.( nb the little spinner inside the frother was missing so it was hard to froth) Thank you for providing coffee pods , a very appreciated thing first thing in the morning . May I suggest if possible to have some Milk at least for first day ? We loved the balcony with the big table and chairs . Just a pity it was too cold but hopefully we will be back to enjoy this beautiful place again . Not too far from Beautiful wineries and shopping town and train station . We stayed at Penny's place for my daughter's wedding. It was in a great location and accommodated 5 adults with ease. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Penny was a great host and communicated clearly and promptly. I would recommend Penny's place 100%.

Jo's place is lovely, we are lucky enough to know the area really well. Being this central, in such a cool and funky place was amazing. the fact that we could bring our beloved senior pups was absolutely invaluable. we hope to be able to stay again one day.

The location was the best point of the house. Was easy to get anywhere you’d like to go. There was parkings on the street with a two hour limit during weekdays which made id a bit difficult, but if you staying for a weekend, you won’t have any issues.

We felt instantly at home at Alison’s house. It was styled so beautiful and everything was neat, tidy and functional. My mum, Dad, partner & daughter all stay for my birthday/Easter long weekend and we couldn’t have been happier. We visited the local wine bar, cafes, local restaurants etc. It was also wonderful to be able to bring our little dog along for the stay too. It meant a lot to me he was able to join us for my birthday. Beds were all super comfortable, and we all commented on how well we slept. It was so lovely sitting out in the garden in the mornings having a coffees together and spending quality, memorable time together. I highly recommend this house if you want to spend some relaxing quality time with those you love, or just be in a home with great energy.

Perfect home in a great location. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and clean - good bed linen and comfy beds, lots of cupboard space. The 2 bathrooms were well fitted. The lounge was comfy and the kitchen had all necessary equipment and basics. All well-appointed. Good off-street parking, easy access, and directly across the road from the promenade walkway which was really great.

Tricia’s house was fantastic. It was clean, stocked and a really peaceful place to be close to the beach. This house felt like a home not a house. There was plenty of everything. Plenty of treats and everything you need to cook. Everything wasn’t locked away so you could get what you needed which I loved. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the beach was lovely and just 50 metres from the back gate literally ! Will definitely come back here. A really responsive and welcoming host. A pleasure. Bedroom and bathroom upstairs and down stairs if sharing with friends or extended family and great washing facilities for longer stays. I do not have one bad thing to say about this house. It does have stairs though so one has to be aware of this but you have an internal garage which is excellent and the bathroom has a heated floor ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We absolutely loved our stay in Alan's gorgeous Collingwood retreat. The perfect little spot for the CBD and neighbouring suburbs like Fitzroy. There is a fantastic selection of eating options in around the high-street in Collingwood. The house itself was gorgeous - warm and inviting. The perfect little resting spot after a long day of exploring what Melbourne has to offer. Beds are cozy and the heating is a welcomed bonus in the cool weather! The kitchen is fantastic if you're not keen on venturing out! Alan is a fabulous host, engaged and easy to communicate with. Very secure and safe entry into the home.

What a great spot! Amazing location, and wonderful sprawling old place - peak Melbourne vibes. Would stay again - suited the 4 of us visiting for the long weekend perfectly!

The house is nice, but unfortunately our car was stolen in front of us. Everyone should be careful not to leave items in the car, as it will become the target of thieves

Quoc and Quyen were lovely hosts, very responsive and accommodating to every question, query or need. The house was immaculate and perfect for what we were looking for, beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean and well designed and the house had everything we needed. We will be booking again for sure

We had a great stay at Kim’s place for several weeks and it was just what we were looking for. We are a family of 4 so parents and 2 kids had their own rooms and a shared bathroom and en-suite in the master really helped. It has a good open plan feel downstairs and outdoor seating and yard were great for the kids too. Plus a parking space was super handy. Elwood high street is a short walk and the beach is walkable or a short bus ride. Also there is a large park and nature reserve too and also a couple of playgrounds (recently refurbished) to keep the kids entertained. In all it worked really well for us.

We loved everything about our stay at this cool property! Fantastic airbnb - beautifully designed, had everything we needed (and more!), great location and excellent communication with the owners. We'll be back!

Nick was a great host. Responsive and provided some wonderful local suggestions. Townhouse is in a secure complex and very quiet. Easy walk to trams to city or South Yarra.

Great little place with a big personality and plenty of room for 5 to fit comfortably. Close to fantastic cafes & restaurants, trams and (most importantly) Albert Park. Exactly what we were looking for!

I stayed at Cara’s with four friends and we had a great time!k. It was perfectly situated to enjoy Carlton and surrounds with fantastic restaurants, bars and cafe’s within easy walking distance (Lygon St is basically around the corner). The beautiful Carlton Gardens and Melbourne museum is also nearby and the CBD was only a 30 min walk from the apartment. The bedrooms were warm and comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. It has a great shower with enough hot water to cater for five adult women. You do need to take care on the stairs as it is an old terrace house so they are quite steep and narrow but otherwise have no complaints.
