Professionally cleaned (using Viraclean disinfectant) and linen professionally laundered, reliable Telstra wifi internet. 13sq ft outdoor terrace balcony with Docklands views to the left of balcony. Quiet and private apartment perfect for work, virtual meetings or long stays for professionals. Secure underground car park. Easy walk to supermarkets and cafes/restaurants for take away. Relax and explore from this home, located just a block and half from the beach. You're an easy tram ride into the CBD. Enjoy a short stroll to the local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars. Our apartment is located towards the rear of the building with a North/West facing balcony. A large amount of occupants are owner occupied and it is a quiet and very safe building. Having had experience in the apartment/hotel industry, we have set this apartment up specifically to cater for our guests. It is very clean modern and fresh. We have sourced high quality furniture and artwork to ensure our guests are comfortable when staying at our apartment. We would suggest you get to know Bay Street where there are a plethora of options for keen foodies. If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. The possibilities are mouthwatering. With parks and beach nearby, it is an idyllic setting. 70 metres to tramstop. 20 mins to cbd via tram. Rental bikes 200 metre walk. Set in a leafy garden enjoy a private, secluded and cosy studio within 3km of the CBD. Our 36 sqm studio with lofty ceilings has a queen bed, kitchenette, work space, lounge area and bathroom. Cafes, parks, beaches and the famous South Melb market are within 1km. Public transport is only 150m from the door and there is ample on street parking. Public transport provides direct access to St Kilda (10 min), the Arts Centre precinct (8 min), the CBD (12 min), Carlton (20 min) and Fitzroy (25 min).

This 100 year old workers cottage is all about bespoke interiors The walls and shelves filled with gorgeous art work, the home has specially sourced vintage pieces scattered everywhere, the beds are filled with luxurious linens and the lounge has a 3 seater couch you may never want to get up from. Centrally located, across the road from the South Melbourne Markets, walking distance to the Albert Park Lake and a quick tram trip to the CBD. Please note- no TV, so bring devices if needed.

Our place is close to Bay St, Beach and CBD. You’ll love the location, the people, and the ambiance. Our place suits couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). There is a gym for use onsite, as well as a heated pool. The apartment is fully self contained and has everything required for cooking, eating, washing and cleaning. It's heated and air conditioned.
