Great stay! Apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Joel was a welcoming host and responsive to messages. Nice extra touches of wine, chocolate, bread and milk. Plus beach towels and umbrellas to accomodate the variety of all the Melbourne weather events thrown at us for our weekend stay. Would definitely stay again.

This Airbnb was absolutely fantastic. The space is incredibly bright with tons of natural light, making it perfect for enjoying a morning coffee with stunning city views. The location is ideal—super close to the city and surrounded by great spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Andrew was an exceptional host, providing fantastic recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great vibes, and a top-notch host! Lovely space to spend a long weekend in Melbourne. Close proximity to tram, restaurants and the beach. And a comfortable space to put your feet up to relax after sightseeing.

Melanie's place is in a fantastic location, very close to the sea and many convenient facilities. The house was clean and well organized, and had all the necessary facilities, so we had no inconvenience in staying there. I would like to stay at Melanie's place again if I have the chance, and I would recommend it to everyone else.

We had a wonderful stay. 7 of us for a function in Melbourne. With ages ranging from 89-18. Enough space for privacy for all of us over 2 nights. Beds super comfortable.

Chris and Jenny’s place is absolutely spotless, well furnished and thoughtfully curated. The unit is in a great location that is super quiet and in walking distance to the beach, Albert Park cafes and number 1 tram. Chris and Jenny are lovely hosts and very responsive. We loved our stay and really appreciated the late checkout!

Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. It was comfortable, spacious, warm and clean. The apartment is tastefully decorated with ample seating but also lots of space for our son to play. Carpeted floors and centralised heating added to our comfort. Location super convenient, close enough to the CBD but far enough for some peace. Tony was very responsive & accommodating to our requests for 2 separate keys, an earlier check-in, & even more laundry detergent as we ran out towards the end of our stay. Pros over other BnBs in the area: dedicated study nook (which was very conducive for work), parking. Just for the sake of it, some v minor inconveniences: basic pantry but no cooking oil (easy enough to get our own), salt grinder was empty (tho did find the salt stash on our last day lol). Some surfaces (bedside tables, desk) & room carpet were a little dusty but easily fixed. Overall, LOVED our stay and really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the apartment was very enjoyable. James has the apartment set up perfectly for guests with a few added extras. It is spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay relaxed and comfortable. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants and perfectly positioned for our swimming competition. Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Michelle was a great host and communicated clearly! She responded within a timely manner to all questions and communications by me. The apartment was clean + tidy and had all amenities listed. It was close to local supermarkets and restaurants and a 1 min walk away from public transport.

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

Had a wonderful stay at Haruka’s place. Bathroom was a bit squeezy but otherwise it was a nice place for the 2 of us who wanted to explore Melbourne CBD area. Multiple tram stations that are of walking distance, as well as close to a Woolsworth and quite a few restaurants too.

Henfry’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Melbourne. Henfry left clear instructions for parking, check in and the apartment’s amenities. We really enjoyed the pool! We had a very positive experience and would happily stay again.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of sun set and sun rise, with chance of seeing Hotair balloon right in front of you. Lots of things to do at home, cooking, washing and bbq-ing. Will love to stay here again if we visit Melbourne again.

My family did enjoy the stay at Victoria’s place. The accommodation looked exactly the same as in the pictures. Enjoying the stunning view every day and night could be a highlight of the trip! The location was convenient, within walkable distance to the Skybus station, and there was accessible transport to the tourist spots. Also, Victoria was responsive and provided help asap when we needed it. We would highly recommend this place.

It got everything we needed, the hosts replied my messages very fast. Apartment is quite small with only 1 bathroom.
