A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

Kylie has a beautiful apartment which is just far away enough from all the hustle and bustle of the melb cbd but close enough to get to all the places you need, it's easily walkable to the city or even a quick tram away. The apartment itself had a very home like feel and the best part is that there is car parking. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend staying here!

Couldn’t have a better place to start the trip with my parents in Australia. Tony has been really friendly and kind allowing us to check in a bit earlier so that my folks could have some rest after the 11hr flight❤️ Perfect location with a private car park so that we can travel around the city by the tram and not to worry about the parking fee. 10/10. Siobhan’s place is a fantastic place to stay while visiting Melbourne! We stayed with our young kids and absolutely loved it! Location is perfect, so many restaurants walking distance. Outdoor area at the Airbnb is great, very clean and wonderful host, thanks Siobhan!

I am a frequent traveler to Melbourne and have stayed at Sandra's place several times. Once again I couldn't fault anything. It is a great apartment, in a great location with a great host... would give more than 5 stars if I could ;-)

Absolutely fantastic stay. The welcome was up there with the best I ever had. Deb’s husband graciously welcomed us and was flexible about our timing. The position is second to none. Although being right in the heart of restaurants , cafes and walking distance to the beach, it was quiet. We were welcomed with champagne, chips and chocolates and plenty to make breakfast the next morning. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for those who like to cook. Also a myky card - which is super helpful (don’t forget not to leave it in the red!) We felt able to contact our hosts at anytime. All round great stay.

We had a great two night stay at Jeff & Melinda’s. They were great communicators, and made us feel very welcome to use their place. The apartment is well located right next to a tram stop and has amazing views of the city. Check in was a little tricky because you can’t park in front of the building to grab the key (google street view is old and you can’t park there anymore as it’s a bike lane, so we parked around the corner and walked to get the key). But otherwise check in was easy enough with the detailed instructions and it was convenient that we could grab the key any time. The place was spotlessly clean and there were lots of thoughtful inclusions. We also enjoyed the use of the pool and spa, which were nicely heated. Overall, one of the best stays we’ve had in Melbourne!

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯

It was a lovely staying at Lane Stay team's bnb. Very responsive. Terrace views to city and Shrine of Rememberance were wonderful. Very comfortable stay.

We felt very cosy in this apartment due to the great couch, comfortable bed, terrific heater in the bedroom and nice decor as well as really clean throughout. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom has good shelf space and a really hot and good pressure shower.

Kelvis place was fantastic!! Perfect location, great communication and was made life so easy!! Definitely value for money!

Kate's cosy apartment was super good. Restaurants, theaters, great shopping, transport and even parks all really close by. Really close. Great shower, comfy bed, and so many thoughtful extras that I never expected. Thanks Kate for a wonderful week.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional apartment in Melbourne. From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by how impeccably clean and well maintained the space was. The apartment is beautifully designed, blending modern aesthetics with cozy comforts. The open layout maximizes space, and the large windows flood the rooms with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is tasteful, with stylish furnishings made it feel like a true home away from home. The bedroom was another standout feature with a sensational view. Location-wise, the apartment couldn’t be better situated. It’s within walking distance of some fantastic restaurants, cafes, and attractions Melbourne is known for. Public transport options are easily accessible, making it simple to explore Melbourne CBD. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and stylish place to stay in Melbourne, this apartment is the perfect choice. I can't wait to return!

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

Our stay was comfortable with all necessary comforts provided. The apartment was very clean, spacious bathrooms (helpful when travelling with a child) and the kitchen well equipped for our purposes. We had an overnight flight, and our hosts were accommodating with us requiring a different check-in. The express IGA is a minute's walk away to buy any basics you might need after travelling. There are local cafes in the streets behind the building (less than 5-minute walk) for a quick bite. The Southbank promenade is also under 5 minutes from the apartment with many restaurants to choose from (Pure South became our go to for breakfast, great menu and service). We were only a short walk from a pedestrian bridge to cross the Yarra, giving us easy access to Melbourne's great laneways and other attractions.
