We enjoyed our stay at Lucy's house. The house is spacious and clean, and is well located with lots of shops and amenities close by. Communication from Lucy was excellent throughout and she was most helpful at all times.

The property was perfect, the pictures are lovely and they reflect the quality. The property once there is outstanding and very peaceful. It’s one of those hidden Gem AirBnBs, we loved the stay and will hopefully return.

The house is in a great location and neighborhood, beautiful views of the sea with the beach a 5 minute walk, there is even a lift down to the beach if needed. House was well equipped, very clean with clear instructions. Lots to do with great walks and shops nearby. Would highly recommend for a relaxing time in a very comfortable house with a great location!

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. This was an amazing house for a family get together and perfectly located on between us in Sussex and other family from Devon. The house was spacious and spotlessly clean with a lovely welcome basket full of treats. My 4yr granddaughter loved the bedroom with the steps, slide and fairy lights. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. With several small children in our party, we also took advantage of the washing machine and tumble dryer. The garden was brilliant and our grandchildren absolutely loved the play house and games room. The hot tub really came into it's own on a warm day with during torrential rain. The host Catherine was super helpful both before our stay answering a few queries and on check on day itself. I would highly recommend the house.

Amazing place! Perfect location for a family holiday. The house has absolutely everything you need and more. We really enjoyed sea kayaking and paddle boarding with all Daves's kit. The sea is so close you can carry everything down to the shore. We really loved the hot tub and sauna and bbq area. The games room was a great space for the kids to hang out and play as well as the adults. We couldn't have wanted more. We'd wholeheartedly recommend this amazing house.

location was ideal for our little family. felt very safe and secluded. we only used the property for a night stay instead of a hotel. we would certainly use again.

Took my mum here for two nights and she absolutely loved it! The property has been renovated to such a high standard, it felt like luxury, and it was the cleanest airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The property is just like the photos, if not better. You have views of the church one side and the other of the ruins and beautiful gardens. The location is perfect for access to restaurants, bars, local shops etc and the quay. Being so close to the high street on a weekend we had some noise from the bars and some rowdy customers but nothing that bothered us, but something to be aware of. & you could hear the bells of the church but again it was nothing that bothered of us. The host did provide ear plugs as an added touch but we didn’t need them. There was a lovely welcome package when we arrived of breakfast and essential food bits which couldn’t have been better. The shower was powerful which isn’t often the case in a lot of airbnbs, the bathroom in general was great. Will be returning!

We had a great stay at Pam's place! It was comfortable, spotlessly clean, in a great location for exploring the local area and very private. The enclosed garden was great - especially as we were travelling with our two dogs - and the welcome pack was indeed very welcome. There was so much to see and do nearby, we struggled to fit it all in on this visit so we'll have to come back! Thank you for having us, Pam :)

It was such a cozy little place. my wife and I really wished we could have stayed a little longer. a short walk to the ocean, good restaurants nearby and easy to get to with plenty of space. Loved it there!

Yes, all the 5 star reviews are true! Our stay at Joy’s place was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The apartment was spotless. Joy supplied some wonderful goodies, pastries, scrumptious bread, biscuits and fresh fruit and milk. Lots of information about the area. As the buses were so frequent we used them to visit some wonderful scenic places. Everything one would want for a short stay. The views are amazing with lots of lovely walks nearby which our little dog Mollie loved.

We had a fantastic, relaxing stay at Foxholes Road! The property was spotless and modern. There were some lovely touches of fresh flowers on the table, dressing gowns, coffee pods and milk! The location was perfect to walk to the coast. Richard was very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend Richard and his property!

We had a lovely two night stay at Little September Cottage. The food hamper was much appreciated, the hosts were very friendly and the apartment had everything we needed.

Just wanted to say WOW So cosy, spacious and felt right at home! For me the perfect touch was the games and milk in the fridge ready for a cup of tea after travelling! Loved staying here! Would definitely come back!

Brian is the perfect host and his annexe is the perfect place to stay if you want the wonderful beaches without the craziness of Bournmouth. Brian always responded immediately, and was super helpful regarding check in and giving us information about the area. The annex is perfect for a couple, but note that the kitchen and living room area is on the first floor. Everything you could possibly need was provided, including bread and croisant, milk, tea, coffee, etc. The area was quiet and about a 5 minute walk to the beach, though a bit of a climb up. We had bikes and riding along the coast was wonderful. Thank you Brian, and hope to stay with you again soon!

Sheralee's apartment is in an absolutely perfect location for enjoying a holiday in Sandbanks. The views are so beautiful and peaceful of the harbour from the balcony, bedroom window and living room window. There was everything we needed in the Airbnb and we loved eating dinner on the balcony as well as at the dining table in the living room. Would highly recommend staying here and we would love to come back another time. So lovely that there is such easy access to both the harbour side (we did kayaking there) and the beach side through the Jazz Café entrance to the beach. Also, having the Tesco Express as part of the same building was really handy to buy food from!

Fabulous flat. Described perfectly by Jus. Very clean beautiful interior. Everything you need. Loved the little extras like shampoo and conditioner and shower gel in bathrooms. Very comfy beds. Short walk to the end of the road to the beach. We brought our dog. He was well looked after with doggy treats and a fabulous dog friendly beach awaited. Even shorter walk to the high street with great restaurants. Jus is a great communicator and nothing was too much bother. Thoroughly recommend we’ll be back!

Steven’s place was lovely, felt right at home and was clean and spacious, he responded quickly when contacted and gave good recommendations on the area and as a bonus is in walking distance of most places, I will definitely be booking again on my next trip down!!

What a wonderful place to stay for a really relaxing weekend. The annex was perfect for the two of us with everything we needed and Mari was very welcoming and informative. Would highly recommend.

Sam's place was beautiful. My friends and I loved every moment at her place! The location and view is stunning, just a few minutes away from the beach and many other great spots. The apartment is so peaceful and spacious and the perfect place to wind down and relax. A perfect stay, we can't wait to visit again!

The host is an excellent communicator. Her AirBnB is beautifully presented, lovely and spacious and light. The bedrooms are very decent sizes. The accommodation is also incredibly well equipped; most of what you'd need for cooking and catering can be found in the kitchen; we had a baby bath, travel cot and high chair provided; and we were particularly pleased to make use of the beach trolley with its various chairs and buckets and spades and wind break, etc. The only downside is that, although it's beyond the owner's control, you can hear sounds from upstairs.

I’ve stayed at this property before many years ago when it was first listed so this was a return trip because of how good it was the first time. It’s great to see its still in exactly the same condition it was all those years ago. Is quite simply one of the most beautiful apartments there is. The location is incredible and it has been decorated with such care and thought. The photos don’t really do it justice even though they are great too. It’s a place you will visit and think “ I would love to live here” Modern with a hint of style overlooking the sea, you can’t really ask for anything more. A lovely touch of being able to check out later was the icing on absolutely wonderful trip. This one isn’t to be missed!

Nice peaceful location, a short walk from the town & on down to the quay. Nice allocated off street parking. Property all as described.
