Up there with the best. Lovely place, as others have said the photos don't do it justice. More importantly for us it had loads of outdoors to explore and we enjoyed the wide range of bird calls at dawn and dusk

Stayed here for my 50th birthday for a girly weekend away. Beautiful little cottage with beautiful gardens surrounding the property. 5 star hosts. Very friendly and very informative. Obvious how much they love what they do. We had great fun in the games room. And the hot tub was a lovely treat and a well needed relaxation after we walked into Burley village and back. The food hamper was amazing with everything we needed or could want. Local supermarket not far away either. Lovely gift 🎁 from the hosts on arrival a bottle of wine and box of choccies. Yummy. Thank you very much. And finally getting to cuddle a 9 week old Bengal kitten who belonged to our hosts has to be the highlight of our weekend. He was beautiful and we nicknamed him Burley. Wish I could have taken him home. Highly recommend this beautiful little cottage and its amazing hosts. Thank you ladies I had an awesome 50th birthday 🎈 xxx

We took our 19 month twin girls on their first holiday, and the Piggery did not disappoint. We wanted a place with no stairs so it was a good find, the accommodation was great, with probably the most comfortable bed my wife and I have every had away from home, we couldn't believe it! the girls had their own room which was large enough for a single bed and the two travel cots. Kitchen had everything we needed, toilet and shower room was more than adequate for our needs. The best part of the stay were the sheep, our girls absolutely loved saying hi in the morning and bye at night, the sheep were friendly and the girls loved them so much I may need to get some of my own 😲. The instructions were spot on, easy to get in and out, plenty of storage in a locked barn for the roof box and buggy. The location is great, very peaceful, lovely walks, 10 minutes to Lymington, 30 minutes to Southampton. we got the ferry from Lymington to the Isle of Wight. Highly recommend this stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Ruth is a fantastic host, nothing is too much trouble. The house is stunning, picturesque in beautiful countryside, everything is top quality and all the little touches taken care of. A short drive to the coast, ideally situated for long dog walks. The perfect spot to switch off and unwind from daily life.

A perfect find for a relaxing weekend with friends. This place was spotless, peaceful, spacious, filled with everything you could possibly need, and in a perfect location. We really appreciated the instructions written throughout the house, it meant there was no room for confusion and we didn't have a reason to message the host all weekend as they'd covered everything. We will absolutely be coming back.

My first time booking an Airbnb and was a wonderful experience, everything was so seamless and stress free. Chrissy was always so attentive to make sure we were okay and to contact her if we needed and also more than happy to leave us to our holiday if preferred. Spotless and clean premises whilst also feeling like a home away from home. Couldn’t fault anything. Would always recommend to people looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you so much again :)

A homely and clean accomodation on beautiful settings on a farm, reminding us of memories of staying on farms in our childhood. Approximatley 30 mins from Weymouth where we carried out our bucket list - a visit to Durdle Door by boat, attendning the festival, swimming in the sea, going on the big wheel, eating delicious meals and relaxing in beautiful harbour settings. And where we could return from our days out to relax in our wonderful accomodation, sit in the garden, with a barley field backed on to us, listen to the cows in nearby fields and relax in the hot tub! Spending time together away from the hustle and bustle of life. Our host Jane made us feel very welcome, providing us with helpful information and was at the end of a phone or text if we needed any additional help. Thank you Jane - we made precious memories during our stay

Would not hesitate to book again. The cottage was spacious, clean and had everything you might need plus more. It is also a short walk away from Freshwater Bay. Also importantly the hosts Zena and Phil do all they can to make sure your stay goes without a hitch, a lovely couple.

Seafield Cottage is perfectly located with easy access to Lulworth Cove and a number of hiking trails, including Durdle Door and the trails along the cove. Absolutely stunning views. Lovely pubs close by and the salt sauna (which you need to book early if hire going to get a good time!). The cottage was super well equipped, comfortable and clean beds and rooms at a very good standard. The master room at the top of the 3 floors was gorgeous with an ensuite. The bunk bed room is great for kids, less so for overflow adults so really it’s a 2 x double bed property sleeping 4 adults + 2 bunk beds (4 in total) for kids. Emma was super responsive to any questions and gave comprehensive instructions and recommendations for the local area. I’d definitely come back and would recommend.

Stone Quay Cottage is perfectly located to explore, not only Swanage but everything Dorset has to offer. Everything is easy to walk to, including the local train station where we enjoyed a trip on the steam train to Corfe Castle! The cottage was beautiful and decked out with everything you needed. From highchair, cot and games for the little ones to a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, all we had to do was pack clothes and leave making travelling easier! Blake and Helen were always quick to reply to any queries we had before or during our stay which took away any stress! Only regret - that we didn’t stay longer!

We had a brilliant stay at the Pink House! The house itself was beautifully decorated and was warm and inviting - we felt really at home here. Deborah was very friendly and responsive in her communication and sent us lots of local recommendations of things to do and places to visit. The garden was really private and we loved the built in BBQ and home-grown tomatoes and cucumbers, and the welcome basket that we're waiting for us when we arrived. The Pink House is in a great location with walks right from the front door and only 15-30 mins drive to the various beaches. We had a wonderful stay and wished we booked for longer - we'll definitely be back again!

Great stay with my wife and 2 kids at Katrin's place. Bungalow was very clean, spacious with 3 great size bedrooms. Nicely furnished and plenty of useful extras and activities. Really appreciated the lovely welcome pack of brownies, homemade jam, bread, milk and butter. Nicely situated in a quiet road, just a short walk or cycle back to the main high street. Would highly recommend and will be booking again!

Everything about the property was exactly as described and shown in photos. The entire property was in such good condition that it felt like the property had only just opened, where intact it opened 5 years ago, This cottage is possibly the best we have ever stayed in, in respect of quality and cleanliness. This was then added to by the nice little extras like the fresh loaf of bread and eggs, and milk in the fridge. We would definitely stay here again and would 100% recommend to others.

I would love to stay at Cuckoo Cottage again. This is a cottage and location which is great for relaxing and recharging one’s batteries and an absolutely wonderful place for those who enjoy the natural world with ponies, donkeys, cattle etc grazing just outside the garden gate. Karen has made the cottage extra inviting for guests with special touches here and there which make a stay even more enjoyable. The bed is exceedingly comfortable, the bathrooms beautifully equipped and the courtyard garden sunny and private. The kitchen, although separate from the cottage is only a few steps away and looks over the garden. It is well equipped for food prep and an enjoyable place in which to eat if the weather doesn’t permit use of the table and chairs in the garden.

The cottage was beautiful, Such a lovely setting. Every thing we needed was there,. Was pleased to see the cottage was very homely and kept traditional rather than boutique style. Would recommend it to anyone,

We had a wonderful weekend break in Jackie’s quirky 300-year-old cottage. The place is full of character, with beautiful original features and thoughtful touches throughout. It was cosy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Jackie was a fantastic host friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. A perfect escape with bags of charm. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely weekend stay with family. The accommodations was clean well presented and decorated really nicely. Beds were comfortable, linen nice and clean. Lovely welcome gift which was a well received treat we wasn’t expecting. Located in walking distance from centre, pubs, restaurants, beach and local train/bus station. The host was excellent rang me prior to our stay, explained exactly how to find the accommodation, gave clear instructions on how to access property and local recommendations on restaurants etc. This was followed up by text message communication. Was extremely flexible with checking and out times which was great as travelling with younger children and elderly relatives. I would defo return and 100% recommend this accommodation and host. Allie's place was a hit with the entire family. Our 2 year old tremendously enjoyed running in the garden and playing with the old tractor that stood there. Allie gave us great pub recommendations nearby her property. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen fully kitted out for cooking. You need to follow Allie's exact GPS instructions on how to drive to her property (which is not what we have done) because network connection gets suddenly very poor in the vicinity of the property, so you can't rely on your phone anymore at that point. There is a good wifi connection once you arrive at the property.

Very nice and peaceful place to stay. The surrounding area is beautiful. If you like being in the countryside it is the perfect place to stay. The accommodation was clean and had everything you need. The extra little touch was great of fresh eggs from the farms chickens. Would highly recommend and would use again when down in the area. Thank you Vicky!

We had a lovely stay here. The area is peaceful and you’re not far from lovely beaches. The local town has plenty of places to relax. Lots of toys and games available at the property to keep kids entertained and the heated pool is a little luxury! Everything was well set-up for us on arrival and Sarah was a great host. Hope we can visit again!

Had a lovely three days, great location just a couple of minutes walk to the quay and main street in Wareham, yet tucked away in a quiet location. Comfortable and spacious for the four of us. We had everything we needed. Great hosts who are very responsive. Parking in the large double garage is very handy. This will make a great base for us when we visit the area. Thank you!

The cottage was everything I could have hoped for and more. It was beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, and the attention to detail incredible - right down to the bread and homemade marmalade that was left for me on my arrival. Lavinia herself was an exceptional host - so welcoming and friendly. Her instructions for my arrival were very clear, and she made sure I always had everything I needed during my stay. I honestly could not recommend Lavinia and her lovely cottage more.

This was the most perfect Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The location is beautiful and extremely peaceful. The house was absolutely spotless and so many little details had been thought about and provided, where they are so often missed in many other places. Could not have been more perfect And we hope to come back another day soon.
