Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Poole

Wow! We had an exceptional stay. We were 12 friends celebrating a special event and found Arabella’s place ideal for our needs. The pool is spectacular and the location is stunning. Plentiful comfy beds and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at The Cheesehouse . The perfect location for visiting Longleat, Stourhead and Bruton. Lovely garden with a couple of seating areas, and easy parking right outside. The barn was pretty much as expected from the listing. A lovely space. The pool table is great addition too. The only niggles were that the oven and areas of the bathroom needed a little bit more tlc, and the building had a slightly fusty smell, but I suppose it's to be expected with an old building. Oh, and no Nespresso machine, which was a shame as I'd taken lots of Nespresso capsules! However, there was an alternative machine, so not a big deal. Despite this, we had a lovely time. Tamsin was a great host, very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful stay in the Summer House. Beautiful setting and lovely furnishing. Particularly enjoyed the fire options (in-built barbecue at the pool and fire pit on the other side). The kids enjoyed sleeping on the couches (though no curtains makes for an early rise). Hosts were helpful and accommodating.

It is a superb place to stay. You can feel Annie is a caring, thoughtful host - everything is considered i.e. there's a good iron and ironing board, there are detailed instructions to connect your phone to the speakers...there were a few essentials i.e. dishwasher tablets. You really feel cared for and we were very grateful. The barn is very comfortable, in beautiful, secure surrounds. We had time during the day to 'hang out at the barn' and we loved playing tennis (with the supplied very good quality tennis rackets), had a BBQ and pulled out the chess set and reading the newspapers on the sun-loungers. We felt very comfortable. We high recommend it and will definitely want to stay when we're next in the area. We had supper one evening at a local pub recommended by our host and it was superb too. 10 out of 10 in all regards. A huge thank you.

Beautiful property, amazing private garden, so much for children of all ages to do, from the play area, exploring the garden pathways, swing and trampoline hidden away. Not to mention the play room full of toys and books, with lots of games for inside and out! A true home from home with so much more.

We are three couples and thus is the second stay at Stride’s Barn. Fantastic accommodation, well equipped kitchen, great patio area for BBQ’s together with a fire pit- fabulous weekend with good weather. Local walks. Variety of restaurants nearby. Many thanks, we look forward to a return visit.

A really beautiful house and garden with some thoughtful touches like children’s toys and games. Well equipped kitchen and lots of space for 6 adults and 3 children to spread out into. The hot tub is large and was much appreciated but it took several hours to fill with water and then another 3 hours or so to heat up on the first day. The open plan kitchen dining and living area has floor to ceiling glass on two sides ; so even though it was too windy to eat outside, we still felt part of the garden. We often saw deer through the fence.

Definitely recommend Sam’s beautiful house. Immaculately kept garden with hot tub and huge trampoline which kept the children busy. All rooms with clean and had everything that we needed. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and showers etc all in good order. Thank you!

Anna's place is a beautiful. It is done up to a beautiful standard, and a great location to explore Weymouth, durdle door and Lulworth cove. Positives: - beautiful welcome pack on arrival - clean linen and towels - all instructions were easy to use - lovely spacious and airy - It has a spar right next door. - parking onsite - jacuzzi was nice Negatives -I believe Anna has new cleaners that day so kitchen and bathroom weren't 100% clean and bit musty. -the garden could do with a bit of maintenance - there is no stair gate for stairs worth noting for people with young kids. - no microwave (if needed) Overall it was a fab stay and we would definitely stay there again. Anna was quick to respond to my feedback and a superb host

What a beautiful apartment! Spacious, clean and has everything you need as a family. Lovely short walks to the beach and also the high street where we loved all the independent coffee shops and restaurants!! Thank you Fee :)

We had a lovely night at The Garden House. Ruth was a great host and left us to enjoy our privacy. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. Extremely dog friendly with lovely gardens.

We had a brilliant stay - perfect location (easy walk to Lainston) and a brilliant home-from-home base. Stunning garden - wish we could have stayed longer!

My friends and I booked Treetops for our trip to Winchester, we were blown away by how lovely the location was, the garden was huge! And smelt wonderful in the mornings whilst we sat out and had our breakfast. Nigel and Sara were very welcoming and quick at responding to our questions. It was more than we expected in terms of how lovely it was will definitely be back :)

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Rivendell Park. Both Natalie and snick were perfectly friendly and helpful. They have recently taken over the site and have lots of plans. We loved the relaxed and intimate nature of the site. We everyone felt trusted and safe. The facilities are great and set to get better. The flat was great with the pool eifht opposite. Which was super convenient.hl great place for children to meet and enjoy playing together, while the parents can relax a little. Great park. With a really friendly team. We will definitely be back. Becci's flat is very special as the whole place has been lovingly created to be unique. We felt that specialness straight away. The living area is lovely and sunny, with a view across to the pub car park and beyond, with visible trees. When we got there we found everything we'd need for the first 24hours self-catering, and more! It's really close to the sort of local little shop which stocks almost anything you'd want, and a supermarket. Just round the corner is the village green with picnic tables etc. If you, like us, like art ... there is a gallery under the the flat, and at the St Barbe museum in Lymington. If you really love art, then go to the fabulous (free) galleries at the Palais des Vaches. It's only open at weekends. It has grassy walks down to the river with views towards Buckler's Hard. On Sundays you can buy food. For bird lovers there is a hide at Sturt Pond nearly the lighthouse restaurant on the beach, or go to Keyhaven and follow the coastal road.

Tucked away, a hidden surprise! Great design features and everything we needed. A short and pleasant walk to the dog friendly beach and beautiful views

Have just spent a wonderfully relaxing stay at Woodyhyde Lodge with my husband and dog. Perfect place to enjoy the Dorset countryside. The lodge was pristine and spacious with all the comforts of home. We had variable weather so at times chose to stay in and chill until the rain stopped. The garden was completely safe for our Cavapoo, Lola, which gave us peace of mind. Emma was on hand with suggestions of walks and pubs with great food. The shop at the campsite was open for forgotten milk and breakfast. We did lots of exploring in Corfe Castle, Studland and villages around. Would recommend the Square and Compass atWorth Matravers for pasties and The Fox in Corfe Castle for its feathered beef!

Wow - what a beautiful cabin and setting! If you want to immerse yourself in the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest - then this is the place for you! The cabin was spotless, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! The beds were so comfy and all the bedrooms have views of the surrounding woodlands, which was so lovely to wake up to. The little touches like the fire pit, complimentary bottle of wine, dart board and outdoor and indoor games really made this place even more special. It was just what I needed to recharge. Our dog absolutely loved sniffing about freely in the grounds, constantly finding us sticks to throw. The ponies even paid us a visit! Michael was a great host and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok... I only wish we could've stayed for longer! My family and I are already talking about visiting again in the autumn.

A great place to stay. Have been here numerous times. So quiet. lovely location.

Our stay at the hideout was excellent, it was a great location with lots to do around the new forest area, and Sarah’s recommendations were excellent, especially the farm shops and pubs nearby. The place itself was so peaceful and felt very private, with the hot tub and bbq making for a perfect evening. Also the sofa bed was super comfortable with a mattress topper. The local produce on arrival made it even more amazing, we couldn’t recommend it more

Hannah and Steve were very welcoming when we arrived, very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. Great recommendations through themselves and their guidebook. Was a beautiful cabin set in a idillic surrounding. Just perfect for our minimoon and couldn’t recommend enough for a couples getaway.
