On the number 36 bus route into Bournemouth, Talbot uni campus and Kinson . There is a fridge, microwave & kettle Basic crockery & cutlery. Situated in the heart of Branksome Park in Poole this newly built annexe is within walking distance of Branksome Chine, Bournemouth and Sandbanks beaches. Nearest restaurants and bars are 15 minutes walk at Penn Hill and Westbourne. The property is located 2 miles from Bournemouth with regular buses close-by. Branksome railway station is 0.75 mile distance. Further afield the accommodation makes a great hub to explore the wider area including the Jurassic Coast, New Forest and Studland.

The Little Cabin (annex with own entrance)

The Little Cabin is located just outside of Poole and is within a short drive of the beautiful beach of Sandbanks. It is also perfectly located for a visit to Compton Acres or a short stay before catching the ferry to France or The Channel Islands. The Little Cabin is a newly furbished self contained small unit with separate bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. It contains an professional air conditioning unit to keep you cool. It also has it's own entrance door at the side of our house.

Just a few minutes’ walk from stunning Blue Flag beaches, it is also very close to Sandbanks and Poole Harbour. The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, a 43" 4K HDR10 smart TV, a large wardrobe and a dressing table. There is a luxurious bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Our location offers easy access to the New Forest National Park, the Dorset Jurassic Coast and the Channel ferries. From Poole quay you can take boat trips including Brownsea Island. The area also boasts beautiful beaches at Sandbanks, Bournemouth and Studland, while the Purbeck hills can be accessed via a chain ferry.

There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
