Cristina is a fantastic host. Very helpful and responsive. The place is well equipped and the location is very good for exploring Tuscany by car. The car parking space is covered which is useful in the summer. The house has practical touches like double glazed windows that block outside noise. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is about 10/12 minutes walk from the station. It is a good location since it is in the center of Pontedera, and it has a minimarket 150 meters away, which is very convenient. Pisa is 15 minutes away and Florence is approximately 30 minutes away. The apartment space is fine for two people. A large room and a well-equipped kitchen. The pillows were fine, the only point to mention is that the bed made a little noise and the shower space was a little small, but these are minor points. Then everything was great. Davide was a very attentive host and when we had a problem he came to fix it in 20 minutes. Thank you very much!

I feel at home staying at Martino & Nicola’s place! it was a last minute booking but turns out to be comfiest space! It’s super clean, modern, quiet & peaceful as someone who likes staying in like me it’s perfect, have every kitchen tools you can think of and have joy cooking during my stay! Nicola was handing over the key during check in very clear instructions to the private car park. If you ever find yourself in Pontedera or surrounding I highly recommend staying there! would definitely come back if I found myself there!
