Monthly Rentals in Pond Eddy

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were looking for a comfortable home to cook, relax, and enjoy nature, and this property exceeded our expectations. The sprawling backyard was perfect for long walks with our pup and family, and the woods behind the house were partially accessible, which my 7-year-old loved exploring. Anna and her team were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When the power went out in the area, Anna immediately kept us informed with updates. It gave us peace of mind knowing that someone was available and attentive no matter the time. The home itself provided everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. We’re already thinking about when we can return! Overall, this was a 5-star experience, and we can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful location, that is very private. Amazing kitchen, with lots of great equipment to cook with. Easy in and out location, and lots to do if you are willing to drive. Overall would definitely book again, and would add on the other places on the property to go with other friends/couples. Great for a friend group getaway in the summer time!

Caleb’s place provided a wonderful long weekend getaway for our group of friends. The large deck was perfect for reading and enjoying coffee, and the kitchen was spacious and functional area to cook for our group of 9. Always friendly and prompt communication from Caleb. A great place to escape while still having access to everything you need.

The house was perfect! We had a great weekend. Everything was as described and checkin/out was flexible and easy. Rick was very proactive about reaching out (power went out and wifi was affected) with information. We would definitely recommend staying here - despite the sulfury smell from the hot water.
