Awesome stay! House is beautiful with a great view.

Toni was very friendly and accommodating. It was late when we arrived yet he made the effort to meet us in person upon our arrival so that he could tell us all we needed to know. The accommodation was excellent. The view was spectacular and the apartment was modern, well equipped and spacious. The pool and recreation area (where the table tennis was located) was a great place to hang out after a busy day. I cannot recommend this place enough and will miss the stunning views. Toni was all you could ask for in a host.

Virkelig en skøn villa at bo i. Værten var helt fantastisk og hurtig til at svare, hvis der var et spørgsmål. Der var gjordt rent til den store guldmedalje. Wifi var lidt ustabil under opholdet.

Such great host, so many recommendations that makes planning so easy. From where to park at various destinations which saved so much time and hassle to restaurant ideas even far away from the area. So much clear helpful info available whenever you so desire

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable à Split grâce à ce logement ! Tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, voire mieux encore. La maison est très bien équipée, propre, fonctionnelle et idéale pour un groupe. La piscine et le jacuzzi offrent une vue magnifique sur la ville, un vrai petit coin de paradis. Karlo a été très réactif pour la réservation et de très bon conseil en nous proposant de belles adresses. Son père nous a également accueillis chaleureusement sur place. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, je recommande à 100 % !

We had a great time at this place. The setting is serene with amazing views. The house is beautiful and provided everything we needed for our stay with two families. Zoran and Anka were formidable hosts, always responsive, helpful and inviting. We hope to come back some time.

We had a long stay at Marin’s lovely villa. The sunset views down the mountain over the sea are breathtaking, as are the mountain views around. There are lovely scenic walks in the area. Marin was extremely helpful and responsive, attending to any issues we had quickly and effectively, even switching internet provider after we had some connectivity issues. He also agreed to keep the pool full and heated beyond the summer season so we could enjoy it - weather was great well into November. The kitchen is a wonderful social area, fully stocked. Combined with the huge living area, pool and games room, the villa is the perfect place for entertaining. Use of the olive field in front and private play area also makes it ideal for families. There is also a larger public playground a few minutes walk. We made full use of the barbecue and our guests were delighted with the delicious peka Marin’s father cooked for us. Definitely recommend villa Morena!

Jelena and Duje are fantastic hosts nothing is too much trouble at all. The house is spotless and has everything you need and more we were even left toilet rolls, washing powder , foil etc Would recommend highly and would book again! Thank you for a fantastic stay in your beautiful home.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 We had an amazing stay at this villa! The location is absolutely perfect — close to a mall with a grocery store, yet peaceful and private. It only takes about 10 minutes to drive to downtown of Split. The villa itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool area is wonderful. It had everything we needed and more — from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. Our host was wonderful — very sweet, super helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. You can tell they truly care about creating a great experience. We felt right at home and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

We were a party of 12 and found the accommodation to be exactly as described. The host was very welcoming even after our flight was delayed several times he met us late at night at the door to welcome us and help with the luggage and provide a platter of cheese and prosciutto while we chatted about his recommendations for restaurants and things to do during our stay. He also met us at checkout to again assist with luggage. The house had everything we needed. Our group enjoyed sitting outside on the upper patio and the close proximity to old town.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt in der Villa. Man muss sich bewusst sein das fussläufig nichts zu erreichen ist. Dank Uber und lieferservice hat aber alles bestens geklappt. Die Villa, der Garten, Pool sind in einem top Zustand. Wir durften uns sogar an dem kleinen Gemüsegarten direkt am Haus bedienen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

Marijana was an amazing host, she responded to every query so quickly. She was so helpful recommending places for us to go, taxi companies, supermarkets, just everything. The villa was incredible, very clean, & comfortable. Lots of appliances, fridge space, boards for dining. She has just thought of it all. We came as a group of 8 girls & villa is more than great value for money! We will definitely be returning! Thank you ☺️

We had an incredible stay at this villa as a group of 6 friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tracey was an amazing host, greeting us personally at check in and check out, which made it feel warm and personal. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and everything ran smoothly. The swimming pool, BBQ area, and pool table were perfect for relaxing and having fun. The space was super generous, with room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to it each day felt like a dream. A standout moment was the surprise dinner by a local chef and a lovely bottle of house wine, such a thoughtful touch. Tracey was also very responsive throughout our stay. It was a truly unforgettable getaway, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape. We’re already planning to return!

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

The villa is absolutely amazing and Tea and Nedeljka and their team were very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. The house is more beautiful than the photos - great location and amazing views. Our family enjoyed the pool and there was so much space across 4 bedrooms and pullout sofa in the basement. The pool table was a big hit as well! Gym was nice and clean and well equipped. They also recommended a chef Adrian Markovic who was world class and cooked for us at the villa. We would love to be back again next summer! This is a great villa near Split and we give it an excellent review!

Absolutely amazing stay at Villa Fortuna! Kristina and Damir are the nicest hosts I’ve ever met through air B&B! They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and the villa itself is absolutely stunning and perfect! The villa is gorgeous, has plenty of space for a group of 6, lovely terrace area near the pool that gives shade in the day and makes for a lovely area for drinks in the evening, the BBQ area is so well set up and the pool itself is perfect for a nice swim to cool off! We took full advantage of the fantastic amenities at this villa! It’s in a great location for days out/amenities and with the option given to us for transfers/taxis with Damir from the villa was such a great help for our plans! We had such a great week away and Kristina and Damir are the most wonderful hosts to book with, would give more stars if I could!! Thank you for such a lovely stay!

We stayed in this beautiful villa for a 2 big birthday celebrations. They were helpful when I wanted big balloons delivered to the villa prior to arrival and all was sorted easily. The villa was beautiful, and totally exceeded my expectations. It was clean, beautifully decorated and furnished with the comfiest beds ever. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool every day then caught Ubers to nearby Split and Omis in an evening. The Uber prices were good. There was a great supermarket 5 mins walk away and you could walk down to the beaches in about 15 mins. There were some fantastic takeaway huts near the beach. Podstrana is an excellent location to visit Split and Omis. Omis is really worth a visit, such a beautiful little town with a lovely beach with mountain backdrops. We arrived at the villa late at night and we were so thankful that there was water and soft drinks in the fridge. I would really recommend this villa. Thank you

Loistava hinta-laatusuhde. Helena vastasi aina nopeasti kysymyksiin ja toivotti meidät lämpimästi tervetulleiksi. Ainoana miinuksena oli majoituksen syrjäisempi sijainti, joka tuli meille hieman yllätyksenä. Tämä ei kuitenkaan lopulta haitannut, sillä meillä oli käytössä autot ja saimme helposti tilattua taksit Bolt-sovelluksella.

Super schöne Unterkunft. Es war alles wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben nicht auszusetzen gehabt. Die lieben Kleinigkeiten von Simona und Denis haben den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Danke!

Villa was beautiful exactly like the pictures. A wonderful villa to enjoy with my family. Josipa was an awesome host, available for questions and responded immediately, provided things to do , lovely restaurants. All recommendations were perfect. We asked for a kettle and toaster, that was provided that same morning, the kitchen had everything else. Villa was 10 minutes walk to beach with bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and go back to Villa.

Liebe Gastgeber Das Ferienhaus ist einzigartig, es fehlte an nichts. Ganz besonders ist die einzigartige Lage mit Blick auf die Adria und den Inseln. Wir waren als Familie mit (fast) erwachsenen Kindern da. Dank den grossen Platzverhältnissen hatten alle ihre Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Mit besten Grüssen, Miro
