Mirko siempre fue muy amable y respondió todas mis dudas, me guio para llegar a tiempo al ferry :). El apartamento tiene una pequeña cocina con refrigerador muy util, un pequeño comedor y cuerdas para colgar la ropa, que gran idea!. nosotros veníamos en moto por lo que no tuvimos ningún problema para movilizarnos, sin embargo si no tienes tu propio vehículo debes tener en cuenta que El hospedaje está a 20 minutos (en carro) de split por lo que debes revisar cual es la mejor forma de movilizarte

petite maison sympathique et la piscine très bien. Tous le nécessaire de toilettes, cuisine et linge de maison été inclut. Kristian le fils est très réactif et très aimable. La maison se situe à côté d'une rivière. Commerce a proximité.

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!

We had such a lovely stay! The place was spotless, peaceful, and just steps away from the sea and a beautiful promenade—perfect for morning walks and sunset views. Marija was incredibly kind and welcoming. We honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

“Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Podstrana! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Restaurants und Supermärkten. Die Ferienwohnung war geräumig, sauber und bestens ausgestattet, perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Besonders gut hat uns der schöne Pool mit den vielen Sonnenliegen gefallen, wo man den Tag wunderbar ausklingen lassen kann. Die Balkone war perfekt für gemütliche Abende, und bieten einen tollen Blick. Ein besonderes Lob geht an unseren Gastgeber Petar, der immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar war. Er hat uns bei allen Fragen unterstützt und uns mit allem versorgt hat , sobald wir darum gebeten haben. Petar und seine Familie waren immer sehr zuvorkommend, und man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen

We stayed for 2 weeks in July and had a wonderful stay! The flat is very clean, with a well equipped kitchen. Outside you’ll find a nice and quiet veranda. Perfect for morning coffee. The whole surrounding area is very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom is nice, with a good shower. One of the bedrooms is only suitable for children/ teenager, due to being very small with a narrow bed. We walked downhill to the beaches on 12-15 min. When we went home from the beach, appr 4-5:00 pm, we often took an Uber, which works perfectly and is very efficient in Croatia. In the evening, after a good dinner we often walked home. Katharina is a super host! Always ready to help - You can ask her for any information! When we stayed it was very warm. We are not used to that kind of heat, so we asked if we could get some fans, for use in the bedrooms at nights. Katharina came the same day with 2 brand new fans! That really made us sleep so much better. What a wonderful service from a very nice host🤗

Klein aber fein... alles da was man braucht... suuuper sauber und gepflegt alles. Martina ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich bin mit Erkältung angereist und Martina hat mich mit Tee versorgt... vielen Dank nochmal. Die Unterkunft war für mein Navi nicht leicht zu finden aber Martina hat sich angeboten mir den Weg zu zeigen. Die Aussicht auf die Berge hat mir auch sehr gut gefallen... Von mir eine klare Empfehlung...

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb — everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, even providing helpful local tips before we arrived. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions, and we felt at home the moment we walked in. The space itself was spotless — exactly like the photos. Location-wise, this place couldn’t be better. It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but just a short walk or drive from great restaurants, shops, and attractions. We felt safe and relaxed the entire time. One of the highlights was the private patio overlooking the beach— perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Marijana war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt sehr weit oben und hat dementsprechend einen super Ausblick aber ein Auto ist hier empfehlenswert.

The place is so wonderful, look exactly like the picture with a beautiful view, perfect for sunset. Apartment is very clean, with cooking equipment supplied. The host is very friendly and kind, respond to any questions quickly. Highly recommend this place!

Būstas atitiko aprašymą. Viduje viskas ko reikėjo. Butas erdvesnis nei atrodė nuotraukose. Netrūko nieko. Galėtų būti mikrobangų krosnelė, bet yra puikiai veikianti orkaitė. Šeimininkė pasirūpino ir skalbimo priemonėmis. Šeimininkė rūpestinga ir draugiška. Miestelis ramus, bet dienos metu šalia apatramentų vyko statybos darbai, kurie prasidėdavo anksti ryte. Bet tai mums atostogų nesugadino, nes atvykome keliauti po šalį.

We had a great stay here and loved to explore the mountains, Makarska, Split, Trogir and beautiful beaches. The host is easy to communicate with and will help you with any kind of problem.

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Apartamento grande, muito confortável, com estacionamento, muito perto da ponte para a cidade velha. A anfitriã é extremamente delicada e gentil.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt und vor allem die saubere Küche und da Wohnzimmer haben uns sehr gefallen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Split, aber auch die umliegende Umgebung ist sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!

Perfekte, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar verschiedenste Waschmittel lagen parat, ebenso Grundlagen der Küche wie Kaffee, Zucker, Öle, Essig usw. Die Lage zwischen Supermarkt und Strand ist ein Traum. Alles modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Bilder in der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich und einen Blick wert 🤭. Bis auf den Parkplatz ist auch alles total unkompliziert. Um zum Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu gelangen, am besten in der Einbahnstraße gegen den Strich fahren wie die Einheimischen 😉 Kroatien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Split besonders, und diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen 👍.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

This was the PERFECT place to stay in Split. The location was ideal for us — close enough to walk easily to town, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Easy access to the beach. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a view we will never forget. Igor was a wonderful host, very kind and helpful, and gave us some wonderful recommendations for food and drinks in town! Highly recommend and hope we can make it back someday.

Ich durfte einen Monat in Lila’s und Borko’s Apartment verbringen und habe die Zeit sehr genossen. Beide sind sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber und versorgen den Gast mit allem, was für einen sorgenfreien, entspannten und schönen Aufenthalt notwenig ist. Bei längeren Aufenthalten wird auch zwischendrin die Wohnung makellos gereinigt. Der Blick aus den Dachfenstern ist traumhaft, da sich die Wohnung fast am höchsten bebauten Punkt befindet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Man kann sich jeden Tag aufs Neue entscheiden, ob man lieber durch die kleinen, lebendigen Gassen mit zahlreichen Restaurant runter zur Riva schlendert oder doch in den großen Marjan Park, der direkt oberhalb der Wohnung beginnt. Man ist also genau in der Mitte zwischen Stadt und Natur. Hier finden sich auch viele schöne, kleine Buchten und Strände. Mein Favorit war der Kasjuni Beach. Ich habe mit bei Lila und Borko sehr wohl gefühlt und würde mich freuen, bald wieder zurückzukehren.
