Your accomodation includes garden with jacuzzi and playground for kids, terrace with grill and parking space reserved only for you. We are situated in Podstrana, behind popular hotel-resort Le Meridian Lav, 4 minutes(150 m) to the beach (shortcut without crossing the road only with stairs). It is apartment for 7 persons.

Šetajte se po okolnim brdima ili vozite e-biciklu te se potom opustite u velikom jacuzziju pokraj najstarije kamene kuće u selu. Na jednoj od četiri terase provodite vrijeme čitajući, slušajući ptice, razmišljajući o povijesti koja vas okružuje ili čaši vina.

For your full enjoyment, there is a stunning heated pool with a massage mechanism and a waterfall. Across the road is a beautiful beach, only 100 meters from the villa! There are 3 luxury, fully equipped apartments: 1. on the ground floor, 2. on the second floor and 3. on the top floor. Apartments are rented to the same guests. There is no mixing guests who don’t know each other.

Newly built Villa (6+2 pearson) in Podstrana/Split, with swimming pool, fully equipped,air conditioned,BBQ, with great, patio-garden, perfect for families with children, with trampoline and swing for children. 120 meters from the beach-easy walk. In my family house I rent just this apartment.We organize the transportation of guests from the airport to the apartment and back, as well as excursions according to the wishes of the guests.There is also an extra bed for 2 guests in the living room.

Our apartmant is located in a groundfloor of our family house,it is situated in a quiet and peaceful area just 600 meters away from the beach. It consists of 2 spacious bedrooms,livingroom, diningroom, bathroom and it even have outer terrace with grill area all available for our guests! Free parking spot is available as well as wifi and aircondition at a site. Perfect place to rest and have a feeling like home!
