The view is breathtaking. What you see is exactly what you get. The place is clean and nice also they were both very responsive with any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich etwas besonderes. Eine tolle ruhige Lage, aber dennoch nah am Hafen/Ortsmitte/Strand um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Pool auf der Terrasse ist herrlich, und der Ausblick vom Balkon zum Festland jeden Morgen aufs Neue wunderschön. Frano ist ein herzlicher und wunderbarer Gastgeber, der sich ganz toll um seine Gäste kümmert.

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, man ist oberhalb des kleinen Zentrums von Okrug Gornji und wirklich in 3min Fußweg am Strand. Die Wohnung war super sauber und top ausgestattet. Man kriegt von Marina sogar Badetücher für den Pool. Der Pool ist mega und hat einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und geräumig. Lediglich das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, zu zweit passt man nicht wirklich rein und muss sich abwechseln. Das ist jedoch auch auf den Fotos ersichtlich, daher war uns das bei der Buchung schon bewusst. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und Marina ist super nett und für alle Fragen verfügbar!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Apartment wäre auch gut für vier Personen geeignet. Die Sofabezüge wirken etwas altmodisch, doch die sensationelle Aussicht auf das Meer und die grosse Terrasse mit Whirlpool, lässt einen das sofort vergessen. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Transport vom Airport zur Unterkunft war perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank für alles

I only wish that Airbnb could allow me to give Andrej and Nives 10 stars! You could not find more gracious, hospitable, and helpful hosts anywhere. My family and I immediately fell in love with them. And the house is fantastic! All the amenities you need, plus they went to the effort of stocking the cupboards with many pantry items, and a refrigerator full of fresh food and drink. Their elder daughter even baked us a peach crumble cake, which was absolutely delicious. We cannot recommend Andrej and Nives‘s home in Dugopolje enough. You will be treated as a guest in the best classic style: with every opportunity to relax and rejuvenate, but be treated like returning family. They have spoiled us for every Airbnb in the future.

Location, location, location. Large, quiet, clean apartment steps from everything. Fourth floor walk up, but the manager (Duje) is terrific and even helps carry up some of your luggage.

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

Super appartement dans une rue agréable, calme et avec une place de parking dispo et gratuite. Pas loin du centre ville de Split et de la plage. Je recommande !!

Great place in a central location - the balcony space was perfect for reading a book with a drink to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Logement très agréable et beau, fidèle aux photos. Il est également très bien équipé malgré le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de micro onde. L’hôte est très réactive et répond très vite en donnant en parallèle de bons conseils quant aux recommandations d’endroits à visiter ou de restaurants.

This place was in the perfect location, right outside the city walls. Everything was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. It was the perfect place for my stay as a solo traveler. Just be aware that because of its close proximity to the city center, it can be a little noisy, so bring earplugs for sleeping. But you can’t beat the location for easy access to all the restaurants, shops, cafes, sightseeing and all of the boat tours.

Great to be close enough to town, but not in the direct touristy area. Close to 2 walkable beaches- 10/15 mins drive to another beach which we accessed all everyday. Great middle ground location. Host made as feel very safe, pick up and drop off from airport. always accessible at any time. Home was well equipped, double terrace alone is great, mind the 4 floor walk up though, Ha! Will recommend

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! It was very peaceful and so special, with a historical house, certainly a memory for life. The garden was really nice with a lot of shade which saved us in from summer heat 🙏 There were several tables, seatings and a hammock in the garden so that we could eat all our meals out in the shade. On one hand we had the spectacular mountain top, and on the other hand the magnificent sea view with sunset in the evenings. Zoran was really helpful so that the arrival went smoothly, and checked in with us during the stay to see if we had any trouble. We highly recommend a stay here, and will take any chance for a return to this magical place! 💫

Wij hebben dit huisje voor 1 week geboekt en hebben hier een heerlijke en rustige vakantie beleefd. De hosts waren zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. We kregen allerlei tips over restaurantjes en mooie strandjes in de buurt. Er werd zelfs voor ons verse vis gehaald en schoongemaakt zodat we die konden bereiden op de buiten bbq. Ook mochten we de zelfgemaakte grappa en nog een drankje proeven wat echt heerlijk was! Het buitenterras met hangmat is prachtig. Hier hebben wij het grootste deel van onze vakantie doorgebracht. Verder is alles aanwezig zoals beloofd en kwamen wij niets tekort. Ik raad dit huisje sterk aan als je een rustige plek met adembenemend uitzicht zoekt om je fijn terug te trekken.

Frano was super responsive and flexible with my check in. The appt is in the perfect location, it's quiet at night and is surrounded by amazing restaurants. The appt was easy to find and made the perfect base for city exploring.

In a nutshell: if Antonio's place is available, just book it. This place is all about the views, which were amazing from each level. I've never been to such a well equipped Airbnb. The kitchen had all sorts of cutlery, pots and tupperware which made cooking and serving communal meals easy. Oil etc was provided and the welcome platter was perfect for our first night. The outdoor wood fired BBQ was great too, we used that twice during our stay. Simple things like having an ice machine made everything easy, with the outside fridge we barely had to go inside. All en suite bedrooms was also a great feature, with plenty of towels and amenities. Lots of super markets nearby, we found Kaufland the best for a big shop. Hire cars were a must for is, though we were able to get ubers to and from the villa. The road up is quite steep, and realistically not easily walkable, but that comes with the private view you get at the top which really is panoramic with sunshine from sun rise to sunset

What a fantastic stay, the villa is better than the photos it’s a beautiful place, modern with an old Croatian feel. The outdoor oven being a real highlight of the trip, the pool area and the hottub all great. Bozo was unbelievable as a host, we say it’s the little touches make the difference and when I messaged asking if there was any coal anywhere win the villa for the fire, I received two bags at our door within minutes from his place next door, we also got extra check out time on our leaving days as there was a gap between the next guest. To say he went over and above is an understatement. Location is brilliant for Split, and Podstrana has been built up since our last visit to the area, both are within minutes and Ubers are affordable if you’re not driving or drinking. Split stole our hearts again and we would not hesitate the revisit Bozos place.

Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in onze Airbnb in Split. De omgeving is prachtig, de villa is ruim en stijlvol, en er is ontzettend veel te doen en te zien in de buurt. Om bij de woning te komen is een auto echt noodzakelijk zoals ook duidelijk vermeld stond in de advertentie dus we waren blij dat we een huurauto hadden geregeld. Anka en haar familie waren ontzettend gastvrij, altijd goed bereikbaar en hebben ons uitstekend geholpen waar nodig. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf en zouden deze plek zeker aanraden!

The place was a perfect paradise for the 10 of us. Children (3) 7-10 years old, parents and grandparents, everyone enjoyed themselves. The pictures of the place correspond to reality and it is simply so lovely and clean. Ana really takes care of her guests, there is no better host than Ana and her husband. We can warmly recommend this place.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

An amazing villa, with amazing views and amazing hosts! We were 3 generations (ranging between 7 and 80 years old) on holiday together and everyone gave a 5 star review. The villa had everything you need (and want!) and Kristel and Marko were fantastic hosts, going above and beyond. We definitely recommend and hope to return!

Estuvimos encantados en este apartamento. todo estaba impecable y la cocina estaba totalmente equipada. Decorada con muy buen gusto. Nos recibieron con detalles en la nevera que nos alegraron la llegada y nos despidieron con un precioso detalle. pero ademas de todo esto, tuvimos un percance importante con una de nuestras amigas y todo fue amabilidad y deseos de ayudar por su parte. No me cansare de agradecer tanto a Ana como a los propietarios su ayuda, su comprensión y su amabilidad.

Magnifique séjour en Croatie dans cette superbe villa, pour un moment de calme au bord de la nature avec une belle piscine, vue sur la mer et proche de Split, facile d’accès en Taxi et Bus. Je recommande fortement leur logement ✨
