Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Podstrana

Great place to stay and great host. Everything was perfect, communication before we came and when we arrived. We were family of four and it was perfec for us. Peacfull street and beach, shop and bakery are just 5 min walk. Split and Trogir are 15 min far by car, but there is also a bus station nearby.

Jako smo zadovoljni komunikacijom sa domacinom i smjestaj je izgledao isto kao na slikama. Kuhinja je bila dobro opremljena i imala sve sto nam je bilo potrebno. Smjestaj je na dobroj lokaciji i blizu centra sto je bilo bitno sa dvije bebe u kolicima.

Also erstmal möchte ich mich bei Ivana bedanken dafür das wir in keiner Weise enttäuscht worden sind . Super netter Host und super nette Mama . Wir hatten 10 ganze Tage Ruhe , Sonne und Genuss mit meinem 4 jährigen Sohn . Alles war sehr einfach obwohl wir einige Sprachbarrieren hatten aber alles soweit super geklappt . Ich würde jedem die Unterkunft und die Gastgeberinnen weiter empfehlen. Nochmal Riesen Dank für die schönen Tage . Ich denke das war für uns nicht das letzte Mal ❤️

Apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay and close to shops. A short uber away from old town and beaches. Marica was an extremely helpful host, very responsive and provided many local recommendations.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sauber . Fußläufig erreicht man den Strand innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten. Diverse gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

The location was perfect. We loved being right between the park with all the beaches and the old downtown. We parked our car and walked everywhere. We also loved the balcony overlooking the soccer field - our kids even played a pick up game with some friendly locals. Thanks for a great stay!

Jasmin was a very welcoming, friendly & informative host. The apartment has everything that you could possibly want and more for a stay in Split. The balcony gives stunning views towards the sea. The apartment was spotlessly clean & we really enjoyed our delicious welcome platter. Jasmin gave us lots of advice about places to visit & places to eat in the area. We were perfectly situated to walk into Split & drive to Krka National Park, Trogir and Ciovo Island. A wonderful apartment and lovely, informative, thoughtful hosts. We will definitely be returning & we would definitely recommended this great property.

Flat was very well located for a 5 minute walk into the old town. Exterior of the building didn't look great, but once inside it's lovely, just like the pictures, and was very clean. Bozana was our contact and she was great, very helpful with suggestions and welcoming. We hired a car and explored some lovely towns, great to have a car parking space to come back to, although the parking lot was a bit hectic and tricky, but so were the Croatian drivers in general! Great time overall, Trogir was fab we loved it.

This is a great place - spacious, good kitchen, comfortable sitting area, a pleasant terrace with table & chairs and sun loungers and good views down to the harbour and sea. The bedrooms have really comfortable superking beds, and the bathrooms are lovely, particularly the master en suite which has a large window and a great shower. The other bathroom has a bath with shower over. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The walk to the harbour isn’t far but is steep - I think this would be the same for most accommodation in Bol. There are also quite a lot of steps up to the house. Ben was a fantastic host, he met us at the parking garage just below the house and showed us around. He was very helpful and gave us recommendations for restaurants etc. He was always quick to respond via messaging. We would be very happy to return and we thought it was excellent value. Bol is a beautiful place.

Staying at Antes place was absolutely amazing for our family! It was our second time in Croatia but would stay here again in a second We had an extended family of 10 in town for a wedding in Zagreb, and to start our trip we stayed here. The place was serene, peaceful and well equipped for everything we needed. We absolutely loved every moment of this stay and would recommend to anyone! Thank you, Ante and family for making us feel so at home and for your beautiful hands on touches.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Der whirlpool war das Highlight. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir waren mit einer großen Mädelsgruppe im Urlaub und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass wir ein eigenes GYM hatten, aber auch eine Tischtennis Platte. Der Jacuzzi war perfekt von der Temperatur, sodass wir ihn auch am ersten Abend nach Ankunft nutzen konnten. Am ersten Tag bemerkten wir, dass in einem Zimmer der Rollladen defekt ist und eine Stunde, nachdem wir es gemeldet hatten, kam bereits jemand, um es zu reparieren. Also super Service und sehr zuverlässig. Obwohl wir nur unter Mädels waren, haben wir uns immer sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft 100% empfehlen. Allerdings muss man erwähnen, dass ein Auto zwingend nötig ist, da man sonst nirgendwo anders hin kommt. Falls jemand geräuschempfindlich ist, wäre es auch wichtig zu wissen, dass der Flughafen sehr nah ist und man deshalb den Start und die Landung hört. Uns hat es gar nicht gestört! Wir fanden alles top!

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

The house was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home with stunning views and the most incredible patio space by the pool. Mariana was so responsive and kind with very helpful local recommendations. Can’t recommend staying at this home enough!

A cracking find just outside Split. Property immaculate, well kept garden, pool and home, has everything you need. Rino is an absolute gent, met us at airport, dropped us off at accommodation, left some essentials at the accommodation and personally checked us in and out. Very communicative, always on hand. A few local shops, places for coffee, restaurants etc so if you don't fancy an Uber into Split (These are cheap btw!) there's stuff nearby! Book up and you won't be disappointed!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit als Freundesgruppe über meinen Geburtstag. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und es wurde an keine Ecke gespart. Ich habe noch nie eine so saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft gesehen. Matea war unfassbar freundlich und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!:)

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit chez Mario. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'utiliser les nombreux équipements de haute qualité de cet appartement qui mérite qu'on y reste plus longtemps !

Martina byla uzasna a moc nam Martina je uzasny clovek a hostitelka. Velmi nam pomohla s cestou zpet, kdy doslo u Primostenu k pozaru a doprava v okoli zkolabovala. Vse, co jsme potrebovali, nam pomohla zajistit. Navic se svou rodinou vyrabi vyborne domaci produkty, velmi doporucujeme vsem, kdo potrebuji pohodovou dovolenou a pekne plaze i se stinem.

Sve nam se svidjelo. Besprekorno cist i uredan apartman. Dobra lokacija sa besplatnim parkingom. Idealan smjestaj za cetri osobe. Lidija je izuzetan domacin. Docekala nas je i pruzila nam sve potrebne informacije. Sve pohvale za ovaj apartman, topla preporuka.

I had an exceptional stay at V Luxury Apartment in the heart of Split. The space is beautifully designed with high-end finishes, a comfortable bed, a spacious shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. Its central yet peaceful location—just a short walk from Diocletian’s Palace and the Riva—made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The balcony was a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing with a coffee. Zana, the host, was warm and welcoming, going above and beyond by providing snacks, drinks, and a thoughtful tour of the apartment. This is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and hospitality—I highly recommend it!

Grandiose Wohnungsmöglichkeit! Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Das ganze Komplex ist sehr modern und schön gestaltet. Die Kommunikation mit Paula (und ihrer Familie) ist mehr als einfach. Sie sind sehr nett, herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Man lebt in einer ruhigen Gegend und kann sich sehr gut entspannen. Die Stadt ist mit dem Auto in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß kommt man an einen schönen Strand. Wenn man jegliche Hilfe brauchen sollte, helfen die Vermieter sofort und geben nützliche Tipps bezüglich Erreichbarkeit und weiteren Informationen. Wir sind sehr glücklich, dass wir hier untergekommen sind und würden am Liebsten nochmal kommen. 10/10 super Erfahrung

We loved Jure's place. It has a perfect layout when traveling with another couple or family with two bedrooms and a full and half bath. The apartment has a lovely garden with a jacuzzi, and there is parking for your rental car. Everything you need is within a block - a grocery store, drug store, pharmacy, beauty salon, fish market and cafes. The bus stop is a block away and Bus 8 comes every half hour to old town. Also, Jure was an awesome host. He was very responsive, full of good advice and his staff kept the place spotless. He went out of his way to forward something very important that I left and he was so gracious about it. Can't say enough good things about this stay.

L’appartement est conforme à la description. Décoré avec goût et très propre. Excellente communication. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
