Holiday rentals with beach access in Podstrana

Een heerlijk appartement dichtbij Split. Diverse plaatsen zijn op rij-afstand voor leuke dagtochten. Split, Trogir en Omis zijn om de hoek, maar Dubrovnik en Mostar zijn ook voor een dagtocht te doen. Het appartement is ruim en volledig, met een heerlijk buitenterras en buitenkeuken. Kleine supermarktjes en een bakker zitten beneden (wel serieus de heuvel af!) aan de weg. Grote supermarkten zijn er volop in Split. Restaurants zijn er volop in de nabije omgeving.

We were a family of 4. Boys aged 13 & 14. The property was plenty big enough for us all. 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Open plan living & huge terrace. Nice sized pool & Boys loved playing ping pong! BBQ area great. Outside shower & washing machine was super handy! 5min walk to supermarket. 5min walk downhill to marina & bakery. 15-20min out of Split itself depending on traffic. We drove everywhere. Can recommend Fishing Mania charters for Tuna fishing. Drive to Omis for a nice day out too. Trogir & Murter also made good trips. Would recommend this property to my friends. “Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Podstrana! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Restaurants und Supermärkten. Die Ferienwohnung war geräumig, sauber und bestens ausgestattet, perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Besonders gut hat uns der schöne Pool mit den vielen Sonnenliegen gefallen, wo man den Tag wunderbar ausklingen lassen kann. Die Balkone war perfekt für gemütliche Abende, und bieten einen tollen Blick. Ein besonderes Lob geht an unseren Gastgeber Petar, der immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar war. Er hat uns bei allen Fragen unterstützt und uns mit allem versorgt hat , sobald wir darum gebeten haben. Petar und seine Familie waren immer sehr zuvorkommend, und man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen

Prelijep i prostran apartman. Iznimno čista kuhinja i kupaonica. Odlican jacuzzi funkcijom masaže na taraci. Ivo je bio vrlo susretljiv i odgovorio je na sva naša pitanja.

The stand out feature of Suzana and Tomislav's apartment has to be the most stunning view. Sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset was a favourite. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating for everyone both inside and outside and there were plentiful supplies of dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods and toilet rolls. They had also ensured there were basic cooking supplies of oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar and they generously bought in pasta, biscuits, fruit juices, water, milk, coffee and beer ready for our arrival. We were also treated to a traditional home cooked 'peka'. The location is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of a town or city but still have restaurants and a beach. The property was on a very steep hill so we chose to drive every where but it was very easy to find parking. Although the apartment is below Suzana's mother's property, it remained totally private and we felt completely relaxed.

Es war wirklich eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft! Sehr sauber, Ausstattung genau richtig und alles was man eben so braucht! Die Kommunikation war auch wirklich einfach und super! Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Alojamiento impecable con unas vistas impresionantes. El anfitrión muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Fuimos 3 amigas para visitar la zona de Split y tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. La cama es comodísima.

petite maison sympathique et la piscine très bien. Tous le nécessaire de toilettes, cuisine et linge de maison été inclut. Kristian le fils est très réactif et très aimable. La maison se situe à côté d'une rivière. Commerce a proximité.

Mirko siempre fue muy amable y respondió todas mis dudas, me guio para llegar a tiempo al ferry :). El apartamento tiene una pequeña cocina con refrigerador muy util, un pequeño comedor y cuerdas para colgar la ropa, que gran idea!. nosotros veníamos en moto por lo que no tuvimos ningún problema para movilizarnos, sin embargo si no tienes tu propio vehículo debes tener en cuenta que El hospedaje está a 20 minutos (en carro) de split por lo que debes revisar cual es la mejor forma de movilizarte

A perfect Airbnb for our group of 9 . 3 very comfortable fully equipped apartments on ground floor, 2nd floor and 3rd (top) floor with amazing views of the sea and Brac. The garden is beautiful with lots of space to relax, sunbathe, read in the shade. The pool's temperature is perfect with outside shower and fun pool lights. Tina and husband cooked a huge, delicious Croatian meal for us one night. Thank you! A short walk, 10- 20 mins will get you to several local restaurants & beach bars. We loved Amigos in Podstrana that served amazing fish meals & Italian dishes. A short walk down the hill takes you to the local well stocked grocery store and across the road to beach. The walk back up is steep but good exercise. We enjoyed day trips to Hvar on the ferry, hired a private boat to take us all to local islands which was thrilling & a trip to the amazing Krka national park waterfalls. We used Uber/ Bolt- easy & reasonably priced ~€15 to get to Split & ~€35 to/from airport.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

We had the great pleasure of spending a week at Dragana’s apartment, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a comfortable stay but also for true hospitality. Dragana was incredibly kind and helpful – she took care of every detail in the apartment (cleanliness, equipment, a cozy atmosphere), drove us around the city, showed us interesting places, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything necessary – we truly felt at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we’re very grateful for such a warm welcome. Superfijn en mooi huis, alles was schoon. Benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Niet alles wat in de advertentie gemarkeerd stond was aanwezig in bijvoorbeeld de keuken, maar de belangrijkste spullen waren er wel, wij hebben in ieder geval niks echt wat we nodig hadden gemist. Fijne rustige omgeving, op minder dan 1 minuut lopen van het strand en 2 supermarkten en een bakker op minder dan 5 min lopen aan de wegkant. Split was ongeveer 15-20 min. rijden, als het niet druk op de weg was. Airco’s werken goed! Heel fijn dat we gratis bedjes en een parasol konden lenen aan het strand, later zelfs de grote parasol met de grotere bedjes, echt super! Echt een fijn verblijf gehad en lief dat jullie een schaal met druiven uit de tuin kwamen brengen. Wij raden dit verblijf zeker aan aan onze vrienden en familie.

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt und vor allem die saubere Küche und da Wohnzimmer haben uns sehr gefallen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Split, aber auch die umliegende Umgebung ist sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!

Amazing hosts and a lovely place to stay!

Perfekte, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar verschiedenste Waschmittel lagen parat, ebenso Grundlagen der Küche wie Kaffee, Zucker, Öle, Essig usw. Die Lage zwischen Supermarkt und Strand ist ein Traum. Alles modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Bilder in der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich und einen Blick wert 🤭. Bis auf den Parkplatz ist auch alles total unkompliziert. Um zum Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu gelangen, am besten in der Einbahnstraße gegen den Strich fahren wie die Einheimischen 😉 Kroatien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Split besonders, und diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen 👍.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
