Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa del Carmen

This is one of the best locations I’ll stayed in playa del Carmen. The roof top pools are awesome with a great view of the ocean that’s just a block down the road. The gym is fully equipped with just about everything you need if you have an active workout routine. And the bar/ restaurant up there makes it a one stop shop you literally don’t have to leave the building if don’t want to. Assuming you do go out and about 5th Ave the beach and everything else is just under a 5 minute walk awesome place to stay highly recommend for a great getaway.

Perfect location - directly on the beach. Beautiful condo that is well appointed and spotless with a great Italian restaurant next door. Very easy access to the beach. Marisa is incredibly friendly and helpful with my requests. Front desk/receptionists are also lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

I think I was the first to stay here so let me give an in depth review here. First off, I would absolutely come back here. I even extended a few days because I liked it so much. It’s quiet and has great blackout curtains for sleeping. By far the most important thing for me is sleep and this place was perfect. It’s walking distance to Walmart and other grocery stores. It’s walking distance to a Starbucks and the beach. I hardly ever needed a taxi due to the location. It has everything you need to cook. I cooked most days with no problems. Building is cool. Pool is nice. My only real complaint is the building has extremely strange rules and procedures for washing clothes. I have no idea why they would build this building to share washers. Other than that, it was great. Hosts were responsive and I was pleased with the product and service. I hope to come back in a month or so.

I loved the location, close enough to walk to EVERYTHING but also far enough away to be quiet. Having the grocery store and 711 next door was super convenient. The condo was beautiful and clean and everything was in pretty good condition. There was AC in every room and they worked great. Which is needed because the building can get SO HOT. I had booked another few days in Cancun after this stay and was completely cat fished by that listing, so it really made me appreciate this place even more. Would def stay here again. My only note is that I wish they would have given us more bath towels during our stay.

I had a great stay, I travelled alone and was there for 6 days. The place is a bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants, so just make sure you’re up for that. The space itself was really clean & looked like the pictures. My only issue was that the shower had a really awkward placement next to the toilet, but that’s really my only complaint.

Excelente ubicación, muy bonito lugar, cómodo, cumple con las amenidades, salvo el centro de lavado están descompuestas, estacionamiento chico pero pues tiene si ganas el lugar. Me volvería alojar con gusto.

Michael and Ernesto were very proactive during my stay even when the air conditioning created massive condensation and leaked into the bathrooms, it was resolved and fully cleaned within a few hours. They were great hosts and would stay again!

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. El anfitrión fue muy amable, atento y respondió rápidamente a todas nuestras preguntas. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que visite la zona, y me encantaría volver en el futuro. ¡Gracias por todo!

El lugar nos pareció increíble desde que llegamos, la atención del anfitrión siempre fue excelente, clara y con recomendaciones, nos ayudó en todo momento, y la casa súper cómoda, las almohadas y colchones eran perfectos para descansar luego de un día largo de tour, recomendados 100%

El lugar está muy tranquilo, seguro y muy cerca de todos los lugares de entretenimiento que puedas buscar en playa del carmen. La hospitalidad que brinda Claudia es inigualable, siempre muy atenta agradecidos estamos por todas las atenciones que nos brindo y muy buenas recomendaciones que nos hizo. En definitiva regresaremos, por que nos hizo sentir no que solo estábamos en casa sino que nos hizo sentir como si fuéramos alguien de su familia.

El lugar es muy cómodo para grupos grandes, Ciudad Mayakoba es un lugar realmente bello y moderno, estuvimos muy cómodos mi familia y yo, muchas gracias Felipe y Alejandro!

Location, location, location. its a block away from the 5ta ave. convinience stores, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance. The house had enough space for our family of 8, clean, bedding A+ the area is safe, we took a walk till midnight with our minors without worrying about crime. Would stay here again.

Bely muy amable desde el inicio nos brindó indicaciones claras, la estancia muy limpia, todo acorde a la descripción, estamos muy felices y esperamos regresar pronto

Endroit très propre et tranquille. Parfait pour se reposer. Bien que ce ne soit pas directement dans le centre ville, il est super facile de s’y rendre en collectivo bus, ou en taxi. Plein de petits stand à streetfood dans le cartier. J’y serai de retour!

La casa es espectacular, el sitio donde se encuentra localizada la casa es espectacular muy tranquilo con un parque infantil muy cerca puedes ver muchos animales silvestres. Muy recomendado para familias, indispensable contar con un vehículo para moverte por qué sin ello creo que puede ser difícil. Las habitaciones grandes y espaciosas de las 4 solo dos tienen televisión y baño privado, la otras dos comparten baño y no tiene tv. La piscina es espectacular con agua deliciosa y a temperatura ambiente muy apropiado para relajarse después de todo un día de playa. La recomiendo un 100%!!

Very nice and clean. Very close to attractions, beach 5 min walk and local Walmart 14 min walk. Outside patio and plunge pool was a great added touch. Also, a little bar next door to the condo building. Only downside was I wish the bed was more comfortable.

Location! Location! Location! Ocean views! Morning sunset! Infinity Pool!!! What to say!! From the moment we walked in this condo we were in love!! Beautiful condo, amazing views, everything was as advertised! Balam even met us in person, was very responsive to all our questions, amazing host! Showed us where everything was and made us feel right at home! The beds were comfortable, soft linens, beach towels provided, good water pressure, everything you need in the kitchen in terms of appliances and dishes, the basics are provided - salt, pepper, oil and a jug of drinking water, washer and dryer at your disposal. This condo is a 3 minutes walk to the beach. Next to the best street in Playa - 38th with great restaurants and entertainment! One block from 5th and the Chedraui is a 10 minute walk away to get some groceries. Close to everything but far enough from the Beach Club to not hear the music late at night! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

Five star stay! From the welcome guide provided at booking to the communication throughout our trip this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had to date. The Airbnb was exactly as described and the perfect location to enjoy Playa to the fullest. Can’t say enough good things. 10/10 wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting again!

Dès que nous sommes entrés dans le logement, nous avons été charmés par les lieux! L’appartement sentait tellement bon. Tout était très propre. La literie et les serviettes étaient de très bonne qualité. Le divan lit était super confortable. Il y avait tout ce qu’on avait besoin pour se préparer des repas. Super machine à café avec cups fournis. L’hôte était très proactif et très attentionné. Les piscines étaient très propres. Le gym était parfait. On se sentait en sécurité avec des employés partout. Petits drinks à la piscine pour adultes très bons et pas chers ! J’ai trop hâte d’y retourner!

Good appartement, city center, Walmart is 2 minutes walk, all the restaurants are in the area, host replies very fast.
