We had some issues during our stay but Ivan immediately resolved them. Ivan responds quickly and is there to help. The location is great, you can easily walk to many places. Downside is the restaurant in building. At night once you close the bedroom door you don’t hear it as much but do bring a noise machine or earplugs if you are sensitive. Loved that there was a desk and office chair to work at.

Loved our stay, so far our favourite airbnb in Mexico. Beautiful safe neighbour hood. Close to a nice beach. Well stocked kitchen. Really enjoyed the deck surrounded in lush vegetation. The hosting family was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend

Where do I start? I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Playa. Easily my favourite Airbnb I have stayed in and I will return! The hosts are beyond 10/10 amazing people. I felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout my stay as a solo woman and everything I needed was provided. The rooftop is also a bonus and perfect for a lazy afternoon or some yoga in the morning. The wifi is very fast and consistent - each apartment has a dedicated router for extra privacy and security which is part of my remote work requirements. I had no issues and I was on video calls most of the day. The whole house is literally SPOTLESS. It is clear they care very much about their home and want to ensure that all their guests are happy and enjoy their stay! The location is by far the best in playa imo. Close to the BEST beach and lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops in the quieter (and much more pleasant) area of 5th ave The super chedraui is also very close for groceries. Thank you again !

The stay with Judith was amazing, the apartment super cute and clean, just what we needed for a weekend, the attention with Judith was also great, always on the slope with what we needed at the time. Of course I would stay in his apartment again.

We had a fantastic 10 night stay at Holly’s apartment. We found it incredibly walkable to the main touristy areas but enough off the beaten path that we were able to enjoy some tranquility at night and in the mornings. The 72 beach is within 10 mins walk and it’s one of the nicer and less crowded public beaches. There are some incredible restaurants close by like Tropical Tacos and P’tit Shoux. You’re also within 15 mins walk to a supermarket. The rooftop pool is small and the roof is never crowded. The folks in the building were super kind. We did have a minor issue when we arrived that holly was incredibly responsive to and she exceeded our expectations in her response and solution focused attitude. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Amazing value for this place. The unit has a great layout, comfortable furniture and everything I needed in kitchen and bath. I slept great with no noise and that's hard to find sometimes. The best part is the host is super friendly and the other residents were nice. Very good vibes here and there is a nice area on 2nd floor to get some sun or hang out at night. 1st floor too.

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

It is an excellent option for a family vacation since being within Playacar the rules and/or restrictions are quite a few, the house is perfect, attention and cleanliness too, the only thing I suggest if they rent is to bring their own personal grooming products since those offered in the house are of low quality. In General very good option since you are 10 min. walking from the best restaurants, bars and disco.

Location, location, location. its a block away from the 5ta ave. convinience stores, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance. The house had enough space for our family of 8, clean, bedding A+ the area is safe, we took a walk till midnight with our minors without worrying about crime. Would stay here again.

Quiet place and very secure

The house is very well located and in a quiet area. It has all the amenities to make you feel at home.

I just spent three magical months at Kara's place. It was absolutely perfect. Kara was always very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exactly what I was hoping for. Her place is beautiful, with an amazing rooftop terrace and plunge pool (which is where I spent most of my time!!). Easily walkable to everything one would ever want (restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery stores, etc). I am already planning a return - longer next time! Writing this review wasn't easy - just because there is no way to capture just how comfortable and taken care of Kara made me feel. Hacienda San Jose is a truly magical place!

Great location. Ground floor has a circle k convenience store for groceries drinks and snacks. Two blocks away from the beach. One block away from quinta avenida where all the livelyness is. Private secure parking. Elevator access. Would stay again. Host made great restaurant recomendations.

This place was great! It was in the perfect location to walk to the main strip, Walmart, restaurants. The kitchen was great to have. Julio was a communicative host and was very hospitable.

we stayed in this condo for 25 weeks! Great for long stay great water pressure and hot water. Wifi was extremely dependable and fast for videos and working. Safe, quiet, excellent staff on premises. Well stocked, good air conditioning. Roof top pool was a great addition with nice breezes to cool off. We watched many sunsets and sunrises! We would not hesitate to book again. Very well located accommodation for access to everything, restaurant, grocery store and beaches. The landlord should better store his belongings to leave room for the tenants. Great spot right next to the pool. Highly responsive host and quick troubleshooting. We announce the layout of a BBQ but almost impossible to access. We went to Tza Lam 31 nights and used it only once. You have to buy charcoal and then clean everything after use and no tools are provided to us to carry out the cleaning. We have when to have a good stay. Thank you

Although the apartment was a bit smaller than expected, there were many positives that made it worth our stay! It's walkable distance to places like laundromats, Walmart, the beach, 5th Avenue, and more! The apartment has a full size fridge/freezer and kitchenette which was helpful for us. Our host was so pleasant to be in contact with. He was helpful when we had any questions, and always responsive. Also respectful. I appreciated that! The apartment feels safe, and in a quiet area, but still close by to the action. There is a great rooftop pool that was pretty empty when we were there, and pleasant to just hang out there. To sum it up - if you're not high maintenance, don't mind a hard mattress, and are ok with a small and simple place, I'd definitely recommend booking here. It worked for us!
