Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Playa del Carmen

It was a wonderful stay, it lacked a little cleanliness but I think it was an oversight in the kitchen, but everything was great. Excellent location behind Coco Bongo and right next to Quinta Avenida.

Great place to stay. Ideally situated. Quiet for the most part, a low hum from a local bar’s music at night but that’s it. As someone who tries to opt for the quietest place, this met my standards there. Rooftop pool was lovely, well kept, and everyone was quiet and respectful allowing all to enjoy it in their own way. Only problem is that it’s opposite the communal bathroom for the rooftop pool so it gets loud and echoey with people going to and from it, closing doors etc… which if you fancy a day time nap, will be tricky. Other than that, great place and amazing hosts. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

The accommodation is perfect, as shown in the photos. The beach is 1 block away and 5th Avenue is 2 blocks away, the location is ideal. The pool is wonderful. Frank was on top of everything when we needed him.

Host very responsive throughout and provided excellent directions. The location is the best in Playa with everything eg convenience store, pharmacy, cafe etc etc accessible within a 5 minute walk. Its also a short stroll to the beach. The unit was as described and it was hot and muggy this time of year but the a/c's worked very well. The unit was quiet despite some other reviews mentioning hearing the swimming pool mechanism from upstairs but we didnt notice that. The sound-proofing was good and the music from nearby clubs etc was also not an issue at night. The balcony was nice. The kitchen is not the most functional but we ate out and so it wasnt an issue. The roof and pools were nice and we spent some evenings there, it was never too busy, at least this time of the year. We had a car, and there is a garage in the building but parking is not the easiest because parking spaces were very teeny, so we suggest renting a smaller car if you intend to drive here. All in all terrific stay.

Great place to stay. My one week long family of 4 vacation was great at this location. Very clean and relaxing, more than enough space for my family. Very attentive host, they will response with in minutes for any questions. I will definitely recommend .

I've stayed here before and my experience is always wonderful! The staff, building, apartment and location are all great! I shall return! It's like my home away from home! It's clean, spacious, walkable and safe.

Michael and Ernesto were very proactive during my stay even when the air conditioning created massive condensation and leaked into the bathrooms, it was resolved and fully cleaned within a few hours. They were great hosts and would stay again!

I absolutely loved this condo and the location! The gym and rooftop pool are an amazing feature. It’s steps away from the quiet end of 5th ave and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The grocery store is nearby. Starbucks is a 2 minute walk for morning coffee. The condo is beautiful and I liked the extras (such as shampoo and conditioner provided). I loved it so much…. I stayed an extra day which Ronn facilitated promptly. He was kind and offered assistance but his instructions were so clear that we didn’t even need to ask him anything. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your beautiful condo! I will absolutely book with you again!!

I frequently visit Playa Del Carmen and I will absolutely rebook this Airbnb again. Fantastic host, great location, and the rooftop amenities are amazing.

Super nice accommodation with a private jacuzzi, the penthouse is like the photos. The street was under construction and we did not have access to the parking lot. The host refunded us the amount we paid to park. This was greatly appreciated, even if it was beyond his control. The host was very responsive and responded quickly. I highly recommend!!!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

The studio is as shown in the pictures, it has all the amenities listed. It's in a great location, steps from 5th Avenue. Communication with Erick is good and the directions are accurate. I would definitely come back!

Excellent place to spend it quiet, cozy, and excellent location. The guest's attention was excellent, even we were taken care of after we left the place and they gave us back a charger that we forgot. Super recommended

The house is simply beautiful, it has all the amenities and tools to spend time with the family, spacious, clean and very well maintained. Ana's attentions were very good, always attentive and with good recommendations. The location is very good, nice area, the residential area is very quiet and above all safe. I loved the attention of the hosts, they saved me from not spending the night in the car with 7 young girls, the Airbnb I rented for my vacation made us have a bad time and we had to leave it, I contacted the hosts late at night and they were accessible and quick, they made it easy for us to live in the apartment in less than 10 minutes, 🤗 they were angels for us, the place is comfortable, safe and with super clear and precise directions, they are in contact and always available, I recommend them 100%

100% recommended. As they mention in their publication, they strive to the smallest detail to make sure everything is good and clean. There were 6 adults and 2 children and we were quite comfortable, all the services without any problems, and the area was very quiet. My nephews loved the pool and the facilities in general were always lit and clean. Only if you stay there is it advisable to rent a car, but 5 minutes away you have absolutely everything.
