Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Playa del Carmen

Very clean and tidy place at an amazing location close to the best attractions of Playa Del Carmen. Very quiet at night and the unit was exactly as described. Christopher was also very good at communication throughout my whole stay and responded promptly to any questions. Would definitely recommend 🙌🏽

everything in the room is as described the host is attentive and responds quickly the only bad or unpleasant is with the rescission staff I felt discriminated because we were the only Mexicans and brown there when entering there a camera that detects your face to enter and the girl who is in rescission does not want to let me through although the door did open upon detecting my face that the guests could pass and if I find it bad taste

The location is perfect, great restaurants all around, 2 blocks from 5 avenue,definitely ill come back !!

Excellent value for money, you get much more than you would at places much more expensive. The location is excellent (hypermarket across the street, many good places to eat right by, and the center is a 5 minute walk). Also the apartment is on the side of the building further away from the main street. The apartment itself is like in the pictures, small, but has everything 1 or 2 people need. The pools were great and there was always a spot for a chair to sunbathe. Finally, and most importantly, Norman was excellent in communication, always responding. Overall, I highly recommend.

This is the second time I've stayed in the condominium and the first time in your apartment. In general, I love the condo because it has everything. It is in a very strategic location near supermarkets, restaurants, currency exchange offices, and pharmacies. The apartment is clean, just like the photos and has what you need. The only thing that could be added is another pan, but that doesn't change the fact that the place is comfortable and very good to stay. Recommended. I'll be back again

What a wonderful place Vickie has created. The house is beautiful, but where it really shines is outside. Lounging in the cenote, watching the birds and lizards, giving the resident dogs some scritches - so relaxing. The main purpose of our trip was to dive cenotes, you couldn't have a better location. A couple days our dives were just minutes away. Vickie was wonderful, so kind and friendly. She was always super responsive when we had questions and gave us great tips on the local area. 10/10 will absolutely stay here again next we are in the area.

Vickie’s house is INCREDIBLE! It’s somehow even more beautiful than what you see in the pictures. We loved our quiet mornings drinking coffee and seeing the local fauna walk around the property (like agoutis!). The whole property is so serene; from the private cenote to the koi pond, there’s so many options for tranquility. It’s right off the main highway which is super convenient, but far enough back that you never even hear it. Checking in and out was super easy; Vickie was really awesome about making sure we got in ok even after our travels were delayed. She had really great recommendations for sights and things to do and even let us know which ones were total tourist traps. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back! Even after renting a car it’s still exponentially cheaper than the resorts and honestly just a much better way to experience the Yucatán. 10/10

The accommodation is very comfortable and is located in a central area, which facilitates access to various points of interest. Everything was impeccably clean and the staff that welcomed us was very friendly, giving us excellent recommendations of tourist places to visit. The description of the listing and the photos posted on the platform correspond faithfully to the reality. I highly recommend this lodging as it is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen.

I’ve had the best experience staying in Lizette’s house. She is very helpful and patient with me on my first arrival date as I was running 2 hours late and I was anxious. She eased my anxiety and being very kind and helped me to get to her home safely. The location is very convenient and accessible to the beach and 5th ave. I love her family and I feel totally at home and safe staying there. I’m definitely stay here again and I highly recommend her Airbnb for a safe and private home. Thank you Liz :)

Even though it's not downtown I loved the location. Like anywhere I stay, once you understand the local bus system it's great. The collectivo I used was the "Palmas -2" for $10 Pesos. Would definitely stay here again.

A very comfortable and spacious place, very clean and beautiful, it makes you feel at home! It is a very quiet neighborhood and the accesses that take you to the subdivision quickly direct you to the center, I recommend it if you come with family! You loved it!

Couldn’t recommend this place more! Whole building offers luxurious amenities, all staff is super friendly and nice. Unit is beautiful, fresh and very bright! Communication between us and Carlos was 15/10! Every little concern or question we had - everything was resolved within minutes with outstanding care! This was our 3rd time in Playa and hands down this was the best accommodation we had. We definitely will be back!

Conveniently located in the heart of Playa Del Carmen and close to everything. Marie is an experienced and caring host who ensures that the overall care is well cracked. She and her team are active in order to make the stay more enjoyable. The private outdoor terrace is a major asset and the accommodation is very well equipped. The building staff are also very courteous and anxious to enforce the condo bylaws in order to ensure peace and security. The place is clean and meticulously maintained every day. Upon arrival, we were informed that the washer of the accommodation was broken, but our host offered us lavandora service throughout our stay, at our convenience. This attention was greatly appreciated. We loved our stay and warmly recommend Marie's place. * small suggestion to co-owners: put a shade canvas for the rooftop terrace.
