Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa del Carmen

I visited without a plan, but I had a comfortable stay after meeting such a great place. I haven't really learned much about Playa del Carmen, but I think there's a better location than this. There was an underground parking lot, so it was easy to get around by rental car, and it was convenient to access the rooftop and the swimming pool on the first floor. The bed was big and super clean, and all the dishes and toilets were clean. I think it's a really good accommodation for the value. Just one, the room I stayed in didn't lock the window on the balcony. I think this should be fixed. There were also good restaurants within walking distance. It's called El fogon, and people are baffling.

Very good condo, very clean and beautiful view of the city and beach!!

I had a great stay, I travelled alone and was there for 6 days. The place is a bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants, so just make sure you’re up for that. The space itself was really clean & looked like the pictures. My only issue was that the shower had a really awkward placement next to the toilet, but that’s really my only complaint.

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

The apartment is beautiful, just as seen in the photos. The pool is spectacular, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. And Emilio's service was 10/10, always on the ball and super attentive to everything. Highly recommended!

The accommodations were outstanding , it really felt like coming home after a long day of exploring Playa . The private pool and roof terrace were amazing additions!

Location was better than described and even better in person. Right in the middle of it all. Highly recommended!!! 5 stars across the board

Great place to stay. My one week long family of 4 vacation was great at this location. Very clean and relaxing, more than enough space for my family. Very attentive host, they will response with in minutes for any questions. I will definitely recommend .

The place is very quiet, safe and very close to all the entertainment places you can look for in Playa del Carmen. The hospitality that Claudia provides is unparalleled, always very attentive. We are grateful for all the attention that she gave us and the very good recommendations that she made. In short, we will return, because it made us feel not only that we were at home but that it made us feel as if we were someone in his family.

Very clean and quiet place. Perfect for resting. Although it's not directly in the city center, it's super easy to get there by collectivo bus, or by taxi. Lots of small streetfood stalls in the neighborhood. I'll be back!

House was amazing, couldn’t have asked for a better place for our week stay. House was very accommodating and spacious. I recommend a stay here, look forward to visiting again.

Great location in a quiet building. Great WiFi that made video meetings a breeze. Lots of comfortable places to relax inside and out. Thoughtful amenities included in the bathroom like aloe vera, sunscreen, and bug spray.

Everything was impeccable, the apartment was very comfortable and the area was safe, the cleanliness was impeccable, very comfortable, the host was always quick to answer questions and to help

Very nice and clean. Very close to attractions, beach 5 min walk and local Walmart 14 min walk. Outside patio and plunge pool was a great added touch. Also, a little bar next door to the condo building. Only downside was I wish the bed was more comfortable.

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

Excellent department. It is a place with an excellent location, both for the public beaches and for the restaurant and nightlife area, and remains a quiet place. It met our expectations, we had an excellent stay. The apartment was as shown in the photos. The pool is perfect, and the condominium is spacious, perfect for lodging. The host's service was excellent, very kind. 100% recommended if you want to spend time with family, friends or if you just want to be close to the main avenues

Spacious, modern apartment located conveniently near Quinta Avenida in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Check-in was very smooth and reception was super friendly! Viri was very responsive and had helpful tips for parking since we had a rental car. Parking is free in the garage, but there are limited spaces and you will need to ask reception to let you in/out each time. The apartment itself was very clean and comes equipped with a small kitchen and giant TV with streaming box. Extra amenities (rooftop pool and mini gym) were clean and exactly as described. We greatly enjoyed our stay here! Minor negatives: - A/C unit works well but drips water - Hot water in shower is intermittent and unreliable
