Kevin was a great host. Instructions were clear, home was clean and modern , everything we needed was provided. He recommended good restaurants around and was always eager to help. We had a great stay! The host is very responsive as is the service provider. The accommodation is well located and secure in a building (electric gate). The rooms in the house were very well equipped, we didn't want for anything. The rooms are spacious and the two bathrooms are really a significant plus. The terrace is nice with tables, deckchairs and plancha available. The shared pool in the residence (accessible within a 2-minute walk) is quite suitable. There are supermarkets accessible by car 5 minutes away, downtown Cannes is about 10-12 minutes away. Don't hesitate to go there!

Let's make it brief: We felt very, very comfortable here! Beautifully located accommodation in great nature - lemon trees, various herbs and of course the many olive trees. There is a great pool, a big trampoline, a ping pong table and boules! At the chapel sun loungers, barbecue, a nice terrace to eat outside. And inside a high-quality furnished accommodation with a lot of charm in which all the details were really thought of! And although the weather unfortunately did not always do what we would have liked, we had - also thanks to Chrystelles excursion tips - all four fantastic Easter holidays!

Very pleasant stay in this beautiful house, with a beautiful view of Saint-Paul de Vence. Well-equipped (dishes, appliances, etc.) and comfortable house. Walking distance to the village and amenities. A few kilometers from Nice and Saint-Paul de Vence. We would have liked to extend this great weekend. Thanks to the hosts!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Loved the simplicity of the apartment, I had thought it was looking out to sea my bad I did not read the description properly ( clearly stated it looked on to courtyard ) as I thought the picture was it , not the description but I might not have booked on that basis but SO glad I did location clearly made up for no sea view. If you are looking for a peaceful place, with a breathtaking view and perfect for a romantic moment as a couple. This accommodation is made for you. In the morning you will wake up to the birds singing, in the evening you will admire the sunset with this unobstructed view of Cannes and its surroundings. Julien is a very pleasant, smiling, very responsive host who takes care of his accommodation in terms of the decoration, the cleanliness of the premises, the amenities he offers so that you have a wonderful time together. We were happy to find this little treasure, every night.

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits. Thank you Kerstin and Anna, both of whom were so easy to communicate with and very helpful.

This apartment exceeded all expectations! Located in the center of Cannes, we found ourselves within walking distance of everything. The flat was immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. David and Tasha were incredibly accommodating, ensuring a seamless check-in process and providing excellent local recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Cannes.

Jean-Yves is a very warm and friendly owner who responds very quickly. Upon arrival, the apartment was very clean and offers a breathtaking view of the sea. Lots of light, plenty of storage space, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of cooking equipment. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very clean. Made up beds and towels were provided. Secure parking in front of the car. The apartment is within walking distance of the city center, but at the same time offers peace and quiet. We greatly enjoyed our vacation and would like to thank Jean-Yves for the warm welcome and its availability. We will definitely come back!
