Holiday rentals with a patio in Plage du Midi

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

Frederic’s Loft was perfect for our trip! The place was very clean, up to date & full of all the amenities that we needed! On top of the place being of high quality Frederic was amazing. He met with us to store our bags before check in, he made sure we knew how to operate everything in the home so that we could fully use all the amenities. He also gave recommendations and made us feel right at home. The loft and service was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Frederic and his loft ! Thank again !

This Airbnb was perfect for my stay in Cannes for a work trip. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the Palais des Festivals, and surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafés, and shops. The area had such great energy and made it easy to balance work and fun. Tony was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. He even met me in person to make sure I got in okay, which was such a nice touch. The apartment itself had everything I needed—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I’d 100% stay here again next time I’m in Cannes. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying with Camille. Her & Julien are wonderful hosts, very nice and responsive! The unit is conveniently located near the beach and many restaurants and shops. The apartment was also in pristine conditions, super clean and comfortable. We would stay here again if we can while traveling to Cannes in the future.

Emplacement parfait, très propre et excellentes installations. Hélène était absolument incroyable et une hôte très accueillante qui répondait très rapidement. Nous allons revenir ici l’année prochaine. Je recommande sans hésiter ! Perfect location, very clean and excellent facilities. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis à l’occasion du Grand Prix de Monaco. Le logement était top : propre, bien équipé (tout est nickel côté équipements), très pratique et idéalement situé avec un accès facile au village à pied. L’extérieur est également très mignon, parfait pour profiter des beaux jours. Un grand merci à notre hôte, très réactif et arrangeant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

⸻ We had a great stay! The host was friendly and communicated clearly throughout, which we really appreciated—especially since we were traveling from the U.S. to France. It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. The views of the ocean from the home were beautiful and made the experience even more special. We would happily stay again. Thank you for a smooth and enjoyable visit!

We had a truly amazing stay at Martine's villa. Both Martine and Dalila are extremely accommodating, very friendly and welcoming. They were very responsive and flexible in catering for our needs and really looked after us. The villa is breath-taking and the kids especially loved the pool. We hired a car but Mougin has enough very walkable amenities too-such as boulangerie, tobac, pizza takeaway and restaurants 5/10 mins walk away. Old Mougin village is small and very picturesque (15 min walk), where we enjoyed looking at art and playing boules. (You can borrow boules from the tourist information office). We also enjoyed day trips in the region such as to Cannes, Nice, Saint paul de Vence and Grasse. This is a beautiful region and a beautiful house in which to relax and enjoy your holiday. We would really love to return and stay at Martine's villa again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Jean-Philippe qui a toujours été très réactif à la réponse de nos messages lorsque nous avons eu besoin de communiquer avec lui. La maison est très agréable ainsi que le jardin. La maison est très bien équipée ce qui nous a facilité le séjour. Nous recommandons cette location!

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

My family and I stayed at this airbnb for about 5 days and it was absolutely breathtaking and incredible. There are gorgeous views from every room and plenty of space for a full family or group. Jesper was super responsive and helpful. It was very easy to get to the different little towns in the surrounding area and we would book here again in a heartbeat. One of the highlights of our trip for sure and would highly recommend booking here!

Very friendly host, always willing to help and quick to resolve any issues. Super fast responses and the place was in excellent condition. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely come back if I have the chance!

Peter was a very helpful host, his messages were clear and quickly sent. Peter met us, helped us with our bags and gave a quick but informative tour of the apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything basic you need. It was lovely and clean. The only downside was that we were unable to hang laundry on the balcony due to building restrictions.

Très bon séjour dans un environnement très calme avec une magnifique terrasse. Logement très bien équipée et hôte sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Nous y avons passé un mois. On avait loué une voiture et on a rayonné le long de la côte et découvert de jolis villages très sympathiques. C’était l’hiver mais pour un Canadien très agréable comme température et peu de touristes. Cannes nous a plu et l’emplacement à la pointe de la Croisette très sympathique L’appartement était très bien équipé et rénové avec des matériaux de qualité. La terrasse était grande avec très belle vue sur la mer. On a bien aimé cette location et Hervé le propriétaire a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
