Uli’s place was the best equipped Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Despite small size was perfect for two people, cozy, lots of essentials like bug spray, spices, and cookware, as well as anything you could need for the beach. Truly great little weekend stay for us!

We really enjoyed our stay! The area was great—especially since we didn’t know much about St. Pete going in. Everything we planned was no more than a 15–20 minute drive away, which made getting around super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and having a convenience store right next door was a huge plus. The place looked just like the pictures—if anything, it felt even more spacious in person. It’s definitely more than enough room for one or two people and makes for a very comfortable home away from home. While there’s no full kitchen, the unit had a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge, which was perfect for our needs. The host was amazing—extremely helpful and always responsive, even just checking in to make sure everything was going well.

This was my first Airbnb experience and Wendy’s place did not disappoint! I needed somewhere to stay while I was in town for a couple of weeks. This suite was perfect. The kitchen, while not huge, has all of the amenities to put together a quick meal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The bedroom has a wall-mounted TV that you can link your personal streaming services to during your stay and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and is equipped with a nice size shower that has a waterfall shower head and a separate flexible wand. And, most importantly, Wendy was an absolute pleasure to communicate with! Her response time was super quick - whether I had a question about checking in or just simply asking for a local coffee shop recommendation. Overall, if you need a place to stay for 1 or 2 people, I can’t recommend Wendy’s suite highly enough! It’s the perfect spot to lay your head after a day at the beach or exploring downtown Clearwater, St. Pete’s, or Tampa!

Private entrance easy to get in and out. Nice mini kitchen with larger than normal fridge. Very comfortable bed. Clean PRIVATE bath. Good water pressure. Air conditioning great. Small desk area okay. Private fenced space right outside door with table and chairs. Set out there often. Great place and value especially because your not sharing a bathroom like at alot of these places.
