Polly was very nice and responsive. Our instructions upon arrival were easy to follow and clear. The studio was pristinely clean, decorated nicely, and well accommodated. And location is great being 10 minutes from the beach. Would stay again

I highly recommend staying at Nina and Bob's Airbnb. It was an excellent choice for my family and our dog, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The property is conveniently located near a larger city, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Upon arrival, the home was impeccably clean and had a pleasant fragrance, creating an inviting atmosphere. Nathan was a 5 star host! My family and I are very respectful and down to earth people. Transparency and responsiveness in both directions makes a trip like being at a home away from home. The home, area, accommodations, and hosting were great! would stay again for sure!!!

We didn’t get a chance to actually stay at Sangsang’s place due to hurricane Milton. But the process of cancelling was so simple during such a stressful time. She took care of everything with swiftness and was so kind! We will definitely come back and stay here! Thanks for taking care of us!

Despite having discussed all the details in advance, it was exhausting that we were not given the entry code by the time we arrived at the house, and it took us two hours to reach the host. I’m sure this was a one-time issue and just our bad luck. Fortunately, we were able to enter the house afterwards and we spent 7 joyful nights in the house. The kids loved the swimming pool and the pool toys. We had a great time, relaxed, and felt truly happy. Everything in the house met our needs perfectly. I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you!

Probably one of the best Airbnb‘s that we have ever stayed in it was very comfortable and the hosts take very good care of their home. You can tell that they really care about the guest that stay in their home and it’s not just a business for them. We can’t wait to come back! Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

We came up for my dad’s birthday and we were blown away! Everything was so beautiful, and we were so pleasantly surprised with all the amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, they had beach wagons, tents, chairs, and even sunscreen! And TONS of towels which you need between the beach and the wonderful pool. This house is perfect for anyone with kiddos as they have so much entertainment toys. (My daughter was devastated to leave). And so close to stores, restaurants, & the beaches. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Room was as described, pleasant and clean ( the cleaning product used was very strong so we did have to air the room out for a short time) We loved our stay very much, the pool was definitely a bonus and we really enjoyed it. We took a trip for our anniversary and visited old friends, i’m very pleased we chose kosta coast vacations. When we walked in, our apartment was spotless. I felt very at home and comfortable. The pool was amazing, we met other people who are staying at the same place who were so sweet. We have a special place in our heart for the st pete area so i’m very glad we were able to relax at the end of long days.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotness responsive to any questions that we had! She was able to answer all questions we had! House was clean and had everything we needed for a stay! We will for sure be back again!

Being a newly single parent, planning a trip for spring break was different. No couples/multiple family destination plans as in prior years. After doing some research, We settled on an area in Florida that was central to where others were spread out from. I could not have asked for a better host! Our host, Phoebe, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was spotless and well-maintained. I was very impressed with the attention to detail. Communication with Phoebe was excellent. She was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. I loved the little things that Phoebe did to make the kids comfortable, such as turning the heat up on the pool knowing they loved to night swim. We are so grateful for the wonderful experience we had staying at Phoebe's. I highly recommend this host and property to anyone. Phoebe is amazing!

Jennifer’s place was perfect for a long and private getaway in St. Pete! We enjoyed the screened back porch in the mornings and evenings, and our dogs loved the fenced back yard. The home was clean and offered everything we needed (lots of linens, well-stocked kitchen, etc.) I’d highly recommend Jennifer’s place to anyone spending time in the area. We hope to be back!

We loved staying in this cozy studio! It is very central and 15 minutes away from everything we needed! Would definitely stay again

Kate was amazing. they had a B-day party the first night and invited us in. the pool was a awesome place to escape the heat of the day. the most impressive thing about Kate place is you feel like your in the country but you are right in the middle of the block. it is so quite and peaceful what an amazing place to be. we especially loved the open shower simple and rustic but we were super happy with it.

This place was perfect for what we were needing. I actually booked this for my coworker who was in the area for business, and he brought his wife with him. They stated that the place was great, the location was wonderful, and they felt very safe in the area. Not only was the place wonderful, but the host was also excellent. 10/10 recommend!

This place has a true home away from home feeling. I love all the creative touches that Caroline has around the house there’s art supplies and chalk walls and really interesting books everywhere. The yard also has a lot of character and ambiance and is a great place to chill and eat or do art etc. Caroline is really responsive and willing to help in anyway and offer recommendations etc. Thanks so much for such a pleasant stay!

Cute little house! Loved the back yard. Nice to sit outside and enjoy nature while drinking coffee or wine. Would not recommend if more than 4 people as it can get tight inside. It worked for us for a girls overnight trip.
