House holiday rentals in Pine Point Beach

Heather’s place was by far the most well maintained and clean Airbnb our family has ever stayed in. She was responsive and kind with all our needs. The pool was conveniently located right across the road and a beautiful place to spend the warmer day. Walking to the OOB trolly, seafood restaurants and the best ice cream place we’ve visited yet. We look forward to making Heather’s place and a trip to the Maine coast an annual family vacation.

We had a wonderful time! Going during off season was very peaceful and quiet will definitely book again in the future!

Gorgeous house, peaceful area, a great back deck with pool and hot tub! Jey was a great host, very helpful and quick response time. The house was very clean and put together. I would totally recommend staying at jeys house!!

Jordanna’s place was beautiful and cozy! Perfect for a small family or girls trip up to 3 people. Place was spotless, lots to do in the area and will close proximity to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Would go back anytime!

We had a wonderful stay in Angela’s beautiful home. It had great amenities, was super clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the pool and fire pit. The kitchen was roomy for cooking too. 5 stars!

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with everything you could need. Located a short distance from the beaches, towns, shopping and restaurants. We were here the last week of May when the crowds were not too bad. The weather was perfect—60’s and 70’s. The hosts are extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Kathi’s place was great! Super close to the Downtown Portland/Old Port area. Kathi was a great host, extremely responsive and genuinely nice, plus she even made my family and I some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! Her instructions were clear and she made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!

Beautiful home in a quiet, family-friendly community. We loved being able to walk up to the pool and play in the game room in the main clubhouse area. The house is a short drive to downtown Kennebunkport and local beaches. It is a quick 30 minute drive up to Portland. Our daughter loved sleeping in the private bedroom upstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. The space was immaculate when we arrived. Steve was responsive to any needs we had during our stay. A great find!

What a darling place to stay. Clean, cozy and smelled delicious. Super easy and convenient to get to everything. I love a soft bed, so I slept quite comfortably.

I cannot say enough positive things about this home or Danielle. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. Right down to the smallest thoughtful touches (folded/rolled towels, makeup wipes, teas, treats, and coffee) you can tell Danielle cares about the customer experience. Not only that but she was so kind and responsive when we had various questions. I would rent here again in a heartbeat and you should too!

Alex was a great host! Very responsive and helpful! My family and I were traveling about 3 hours away, Alex went out of her way to let us know we were able to come up an hour earlier to settle. It made such a difference. So cozy and comfortable! It was very neat and orderly. Close to so many fun things to do and a good location!

Very nice place to stay! Modern, clean and loved that it’s pet friendly! A little pricy during off season for this area because most places are closed. Our favorite room was the movie theater room fun place to hang out in the evenings.

This was the best experience we’ve ever had with Airbnb. From start to finish, Christian’s communication was excellent. I honestly wish everyone were as communicative and proactive as he is. This place truly left a mark on us. Our experience was so amazing that we genuinely want to recommend it to everyone. It was impeccable full of thoughtful details. We reconnected deeply. Absolutely incredible! Gorgeous views, great neighbors and so peaceful. Loved having access to the bikes for daily rides. This is not a sterile empty Airbnb, this is a lived in and loved absolutely beautiful home. The layout is fantastic with nice touches throughout. The kitchen was not only beautiful but had great knives and cast iron cookware. I felt at home the moment I stepped inside. I definitely did not want to leave. Shannon was very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Loved Anthony's place. Our family was celebrating a milestone birthday for one of our children who lives in Portland. Anthony's place we a perfect location and great for 2 members of our family who had to work all week remotely. We were greeted with a beautiful vase of flowers! Anthony was very responsive and helpful during our stay. I can't thank him enough for opening up his home for those who need a home away from home every now and then....we would love to rent from him again for future stays. -Joanne

We love our stay so much! We are a family with 2 kids and we are traveling with the grand parents, and the house makes everyone happy. The owner put a lot of effort into preparing the houses and they thought of everything we need. They have all the cooking ware we need and the bathrooms are very clean. The location is great, 5min drive to the beach with grocery stores close by. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful. Overall the house is great and we are looking forward to come again.

We loved the place. I hesitate to give it too good a rating because that might make it harder for us to get a reservation in the future. It was just the two of us and we never left except once to buy groceries. The unimpeded panorama of sea, sand and sky 24/7 is unique to this property, which while being lovely and comfortable, seems to exist only to provide a front row seat to savor constant everchanging spectular of sea and sky. We were there in off season, and blessed with crazy good weather. But I am sure it is equally delightful whenever you are lucky enough to be there. Kudos to Aimee and her vision of in creating this treasure of a place. I LOVE that there is no porch railing. Never add one. THanks, Aimee.

This cozy yet spacious cottage by the sea was so well appointed and peaceful. We went with another couple and both of our rooms faced the sea so we all got to hear the waves when we retreated to our rooms at night. Lisa was easy to communicate with and very helpful! If we ever get back to Peaks Island….we would definitely stay here!! Thank you Lisa!

We stayed the first week of May and, even though it rained the whole time, we still had a fantastic experience at Grandy’s place in Old Orchard Beach! The home was beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly well-stocked—even thoughtful touches like white noise fans, which we usually gave to buy ourselves were in every room. The kitchen had everything: spices, decaf tea, coffee, multiple lobster pots, air fryer, toaster, teapot, and every cooking tool imaginable. Just a few houses from the beach, with ocean views plenty visible—it was the perfect location. We loved the fireplaces on both floors, and the luxurious soaking tub felt like a private spa. Extras like a second fridge, washer/dryer, tons of towels, first aid supplies (even Neosporin!), beach chairs, games, tons of hangers, iron, extra pillows, and blankets made the stay effortless. The host even looked up the mattress type when we asked! Truly one of our best Airbnb stays—we’re already looking forward to returning.

The house was perfect for two families. We loved having the hot tub and a comfortable patio to relax at. The basketball courts across the street were convenient as our kids love basketball. We would go back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay and great recommendations.

Cape Elizebeth is very beautiful even in the early winter! I got to see the sunshine, snow and rain all in a cozy home! I highly recommend This home! It is stocked with everything you would need, even puzzles, of which I am a fan!

Our group of 5 adults were so pleased we chose to stay at Jason’s house in Old Orchard Beach. We first looked at places in Portland, but Jason’s spacious house offered a quieter setting, with parking and more amenities, at a better price. Comfortable beds, immaculate throughout. Very thoughtfully appointed, with nightstands on both sides of the beds, and superior blackout blinds in the bedrooms. And we ended up spending less time in Old Port, because we enjoyed exploring the towns south of Portland: Old Orchard Beach, Saco, Biddeford, and we found good restaurants (including Holy Donuts!) nearby. We had no issues: we contacted Jason to confirmed our arrival/departure and he responded within minutes. We highly recommend!

The house was great for our group - we had six adults and one child. Only the master has a bathroom in it. The house has ample seating both in the living and dining rooms. Hosts were incredible, responsive and welcoming.
