Holiday rentals with a patio in Pine Point Beach

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the patio in the mornings and cooking meals in the kitchen. The place was clean and just what we needed for the week. Victoria and Tanner were also very friendly and quick to reply to our messages. We would come back!

Great location and cute apartment! Charming decor and conveniently within walking distance from good restaurants and coffee shops. Susan was a great host!

This Airbnb was amazing! It was extremely clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Haley and Diane were wonderful hosts and made sure we had a smooth check-in. The location is perfect because it is so close to downtown Portland and there are so many restaurants and activities to choose from. Furthermore, we had a group of 7 on our trip and we had plenty of space in this airbnb. 5/5 stars. I highly recommend this location!!

John was responsive and flexible. The area was quiet, an easy walk to the water and close to some nice restaurants. Also, an easy and quick ride to downtown. His place was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you are visiting Portland.

This was a great place to accommodate five or six people. The kitchen was well equipped with all the tools we needed to cook at home, including several spices. We enjoyed a lovely patio to sit on in the back. There were a few board games available that we enjoyed. This was a great option!

The air bnb was very cozy and cute, just like the pictures. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The host was very attentive and communicative. Only thing was that the hot/cold water takes a while to get to the range you want it to in the shower but everything else was superb! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect spot to stay in when you’re in Portland- even for just a night! This place felt clean, private, quiet and was in a great location. 100% will book here again if it’s available next time I have a Portland trip!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

This cozy yet spacious cottage by the sea was so well appointed and peaceful. We went with another couple and both of our rooms faced the sea so we all got to hear the waves when we retreated to our rooms at night. Lisa was easy to communicate with and very helpful! If we ever get back to Peaks Island….we would definitely stay here!! Thank you Lisa!

We stayed the first week of May and, even though it rained the whole time, we still had a fantastic experience at Grandy’s place in Old Orchard Beach! The home was beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly well-stocked—even thoughtful touches like white noise fans, which we usually gave to buy ourselves were in every room. The kitchen had everything: spices, decaf tea, coffee, multiple lobster pots, air fryer, toaster, teapot, and every cooking tool imaginable. Just a few houses from the beach, with ocean views plenty visible—it was the perfect location. We loved the fireplaces on both floors, and the luxurious soaking tub felt like a private spa. Extras like a second fridge, washer/dryer, tons of towels, first aid supplies (even Neosporin!), beach chairs, games, tons of hangers, iron, extra pillows, and blankets made the stay effortless. The host even looked up the mattress type when we asked! Truly one of our best Airbnb stays—we’re already looking forward to returning.

The house was perfect for two families. We loved having the hot tub and a comfortable patio to relax at. The basketball courts across the street were convenient as our kids love basketball. We would go back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay and great recommendations.

We enjoyed our short stay at Jennifer’s place. It was in a great location, walkable to lots of markets, restaurants, and shops. Parking was great — behind the house. The house was super cute and clean. Loved all the plants and the cute balcony. We had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful ocean side stay with views of the ocean from the porch and you can listen to the waves at night. Space was tidy, had plenty of room for 6 women to all stay and get ready and enjoy the area for a weekend away. Portland and old orchard beach are close by and this little penninsula town was adorable and peaceful. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Mandy’s place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. It had a nice long driveway, tucking us away just enough to enjoy some privacy and nature. We were a short drive from so many amazing Wells restaurants and adorable Kennebunk shops! Mandy was very responsive and made check-in/check-out a breeze. I especially appreciated the little goodies she left for us and she even went above and beyond to put up some balloons and a banner for my bfs birthday! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Pattie and John were good hosts, and they always responded quickly to our questions and needs. The place is small but quaint and exactly as it looks in the pictures. The beach is beautiful, and is easy to walk to as are several stores, eating establishments, and amusements. Its a beautiful area that is very family friendly. Please note that at the end of the listing it says "active train tracks behind the building". People familiar with "OOB" would know about the trains, but we didn't. So, 20-30 feet behind the condo are the "active" tracks, and active means trains are coming throughout the day and night. When they pass the street crossing they always blow the horn several times in addition to the usual train noises, and it shakes the condo. Our hosts did offer us earplugs and a noise machine to help muffle the sound. Please take note of this if you're a light sleeper or have a baby. Overall we had a great week in "OOB", and John and Pattie's place is a great spot.

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely beautiful! Literally the best balcony with the best view. Massive condo is a plus.

All of Maine feels 'rustic' to me. This was a great Airbnb with that in mind and fantastic value for the area. It's a very short walk to the beach and right next to a great BBQ restaurant which serves local beer and even gluten-free pizzas! The roof deck was glorious. The TV is 'megalithic'. I cannot believe the bath isn't mentioned in the listing! It's deep. I brought bath salts and enjoyed many hours in the tub. Perfect! This was truly a home away from home with everything I could possibly need. Some of the windows don't quite seal so there is road noise in the bedrooms. It feels like the ground underneath the building has shifted over the decades so I'm sure straight lines for windows are impossible to sustain. It's a quiet road at night. One bed is firm, the other is soft. The hosts are very responsive.

Excellent location with great restaurants & shops within walking distance, ample street parking, accommodating and friendly hosts, and a clean, bright space stocked with everything we needed for our long weekend in Portland!

We had a wonderful week with Brian's condo as a "home base" - we truly felt at home. It was chock full of small and big touches (toiletries/supplies! paper goods! plentiful sheets and towels! beach towels! to name a few) and surprises (generous snacks greeting us on arrival) that made us feel spoiled. The condo was a great size with an open kitchen/common area and large patio. We were familiar with the area but not Ocean Park Meadows, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely property and amenities (especially the pool, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole) and how well maintained they were. The condo was a quick 2 block walk to the beach, made easy (even with alot of stuff and three kids) with the beach wagon available for our use. Brian was a perfect balance of being proactive, informative, and accommodating while letting us "do our thing". We loved how "our" beach was quiet and nestled between the more bustling OOB and OP areas; the neighborhood, too. We'll be back!

It was a perfect sunny weekend where we spent most of our weekend on Munjoy hill enjoying the restaurants and shops! We walked everywhere and enjoyed the peace and views at Jeffreys place. We were upset we could not extend our stay and take advantage of the late check out that Maggie offered! Easy in and out of the condo! One of our favorite stays in our favorite part of Portland!

My daughter and I had a lovely three nights at Kelly’s place. It’s in a perfect location and it’s very pretty and lovely and the beds were incredibly comfortable as were the linens. We were especially grateful to be able to bring our dog and to have Willard Beach so close. We will be back! Thank you!!
