Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pine Point Beach

We absolutely loved our stay. This was our first time in Portland and coming back to this unit after a full day of activities felt like we were right at home. Lucie has truly made this unit so warm and inviting with great attention to detail. The location itself is also great, not too far from the city to drive but not too close either. Thanks again!

We drove right to it, although it seemed a little off the beaten path. Once inside, the space was small but very comfortable for our family of 6. We had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The neighbor, Mike, introduced himself and offered to give us recommendations for anything we might need in the area. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t venture out to see the area at all.

Normand and his wife were simply amazing. From the eggs and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived to the homemade cookies on our check out. The place was very cozy and comfortable with tons of toys and games for kids and adults. Normand was very accommodating to any request and even helped me chase the puppies when they accidently got out. I would highly recommend this!

"Extraordinary Architectural Masterpiece" pretty much sums up the apartment. Nice open spaces with elegant lighting and design touches throughout. Lots of windows ensured it was bright and offered great views of the city (often made possible by an abundance of parking lots close by - this is a good thing!). We were able to walk to a number of great restaurants, none of which were more than 10 minutes on foot. Likewise, the ferry to Peaks Island is an easy walk (and worth the trip, particularly if you rent a bike which is super easy). Alice was super responsive when I reached out with questions and updates on timing. So all good and glad we stayed there!

Wonderful location and stay. Every detail of functionality, comfort, and cleanliness was carefully considered and I loved the beach themed details. Great ocean view from the patio and 1 min walk to the beach. Joan is super responsive and friendly. One of our favorite stays and would definitely book again!

The unit was very clean but a bit smaller than I expected. We chose the location because my son lives in Pepperell Mill which is very nearby. It had all listed amenities. A large person may struggle with the small shower. For the size of the space, the owner did a good job with the furnishings and amenities

We were so happy with our stay here. The space was comfy, cozy and quiet. Also had everything we needed. Venessa’s communication and instructions were superb!

This is the perfect stay for two people for a getaway in Portland! You'll get a quiet spot in a nice neighborhood that is walkable to anything you would want to do or see in town. Sharon and Eric were awesome hosts and their place was a great place to recharge each day after being out and about in Portland. Highly recommend you book here!

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described and Ian was very responsive.

This is really for someone who appreciate small details of the place(decor and so on). Within walking distance to basic necessities. Reasonable Uber fares to all places(Airport, Train Station, Old Port, Maine Mall).

This is a great place to stay, 5 mins walk to the beach and about 20 min walk to the center.

Beautiful spot for a quick getaway or longer vacation. Host was very responsive and sent clear instructions for check in and check out. Sent great recommendations for places close to the condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marcia's lovely home! It was decorated super cute, was exceptionally clean, well equipped with anything and everything we needed, and felt very homey. She was very responsive and easy going. We were so comfortable - I slepted in both mornings until 9am! It was also nice to be able to have the option to check in at 3pm (most places are 4pm) and check out at 11am (rather than 10am). Lisbon is a darling little town - like a little Hallmark town. I spent a lot of time at the Little River coffee shop on Union St - great place to get coffee, a delicious homemade pastry and I was able to get a lot of writing done. I also got my tattoo brightened up at Align right next door to the coffee shop! I will definitely come back to the area and will book with Marcia. It was a great stay and I highly recommend.

Great location and fully stocked with everything we needed - even down to beach toys for my kids and a wagon to haul it all back and forth!!

The condo was extremely clean and tidy. Location is perfect for shopping in Perkins Cove and walking the Marginal Way. Once again, another great visit!

Great place .. perfect location . I wish I had read further about the parking. $130 total to park for two days. Outside of that all good. Needed to know where the trash key was, and needed an extra trash bag, but they were very responsive .

What a fantastic place to stay in Portland! Stephen's apartment is beautifully decorated, and is very well appointed. There was nothing that we needed while staying there! The apartment is so comfortable, was impeccably clean, and was the perfect home away from home. All the best restaurants, and some local favorites, are within walking distance. Lots of shopping and places to explore are also walkable. Stephen was an awesome host, he was very responsive, checked in to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything, and gave amazing recommendations for places to eat. We had such a wonderful time, and we look forward to coming back and staying here in the future. We highly recommend Stephen's place to stay!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

Great location! This condo was so close to everything it made getting around without a car super easy! Laundry is a great perk for longer stays!

Extremely clean and great location. It is located on second floor. If you have trouble with stairs, there is no elevator. Host provided clear instructions on check in and check out. She doesn’t require us to take out the garbage! !! She quickly responded to our questions and provided a great tourist book. Shower is amazing…I won’t spoil the surprise so book if you can!

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
