Family-friendly holiday rentals in Pine Point Beach

David and Valle’s house is welcoming, and it was just right for our family get-together. The kitchen is very well set up for cooking, and the counter is both beautiful and a great place for gathering and conversation. There are many lovely touches in the house. We appreciated the yard and gardens, and our dog loved the walking trail. The location is peaceful but just a few minutes from Portland. David communicated well and offered helpful ideas for our visit.

Great location in town that was walkable to some terrific dining spots on main street. Enjoyed the backyard BBQ and patio for a lovely dinner outside as well as peaceful morning coffee. Sherry was very helpful in recommending the studio space for us and available throughout our stay. Will highly consider this spot for future vacations in Kennebunk area.

Meghan’s place was perfect for our family of four. A quick drive or bike to the beautiful beach; Woolf’s for fresh corn and pre-cooked lobster; Five Acre farm for freshly baked pies (love the honour pay system!). Also lots of amenities on the grounds to take advantage of (swimming, pool, tennis, pickle ball). Would happily stay at Meghan’s place again.

Richard was very quick to respond and easy to work with! Cute little cottage in a nice little community with a pool. I would stay there again.

A nice private cottage in a quiet community that was super handy for us to stay until we secured our house in New England. Everything is in place for comfortable living. We lived there for a month long and the hosts were always responsible.

Wendy’s place was really nice and the hot tub is very private.. we definitely got our usage out of it… Wendy herself was extremely kind and open minded. She didn’t rush us out come check out, instead, she encouraged us to stay a little longer and enjoy the hot tub before our long journey back home.. she gave us good tips about golden gems only locals know about 🥰 She did have a cool book to share reviews but I didn’t have a pen.. also we left grape soda in the fridge from Canada for the next person to try!! The house was beautiful and worked perfectly for our group! Check in was very easy, and the house was spotless when we arrived. My favorite part it was the yard - perfect for a big barbecue with a large group.

Dave was an amazing host and he provided the best possible get away for our first wedding anniversary. It was private there is so much beautiful outdoor art to look at and the hot tub was the perfect way to wind down after the day. If there was a 6 star option I would give it this was everything we wanted and needed and then some

We had a girls weekend in Maine, where 10 of us stayed at Krystal's home in Old Orchard Beach. It was the perfect location, close to Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Kennebunkport, and the beach itself in OOB. The home was minutes walking to the town and beach which was perfect! The 3 floors were spacious and every room in the home had its own charm making it the perfect gateway! We even changed some of our plans to stay in more and enjoy the beautiful home! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for us 10, and have two separate fully stocked kitchens was also a huge bonus! We particularly loved the large dining table space and ate all our meals in there together. While the home made our trip, thee hospitality and responsiveness of Krystal helped make the travels that much easier and seamless. They were very communicative of arrival plans and departures and went above and beyond by stocking the fridge with beverages, sharing helpful recommendations and tips, and a lovely note!

I was looking for an affordable and clean place to stay for a quick trip to Portland as I was not going to spend much time in the Airbnb. This spot was perfect for what I needed. It was spacious and well maintained. You could hear people outside when in the apartment, but that didn’t bother me. Check-in and check out were very easy. It was within walking distance to great shops and restaurants. It had a great coffee shop across the street too! I would recommend this place if you are looking a clean and affordable place to stay.

Thoughtfully designed and appointed place - has all the things you need and Marcia makes it very easy to get in and check out. Easy to get to Lewiston, Brunswick, Portland and everywhere in between!

Our host always responded quickly to messages. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. There are board games in the kitchen. And best of all, it was within easy walking distance to the harbor and many restaurants. We arrived after dark. In the dark, it was difficult to find the entrance, but that was on us for the late arrival! We would stay again!

Really really loved our stay at your place! And the interior decor was to die for! Super walkable, easy 15-20 minute walk down to the old port strip (shops and restaurants) great scenic overlook, coffee shops, and additional restaurants within the surrounding blocks. Nancy was proactive and gave clear instructions for check in, the stay, and check out. Would stay again!

This home was fabulous! The space was clean, lovely, and so comfortable. Additionally the neighborhood offered but walks in nature and restaurants/stores. I wish I could go back next month!

Great place, great location and has a view of the water on one side of the apartment. Close to Portland and very convenient with a washer and dryer and parking. Comfortable place! Would definitely book again!

Our stay at the beach house was great! You couldn't be closer to the water! So much fun kayaking, floating and swimming in the lake! House is much better than the pictures do it justice. For a 2 bedroom house its very big and spacious, beds were extremely comfortable. The no wifi was a little bit of a downer but there were plenty of board games to play. There is some street noise but not bad at all. Would most definitely recommend if you are looking for waterfront property. The access to the resort pool was a plus too for the kiddos!

This place had everything we needed. The view was spectacular! We really enjoyed seeing fireworks from the deck. The home was very clean, kitchen fully stocked. We loved hearing live music each day and night. So much walkable fun for the kids. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect little spot on Frye Island! Great location, walking distance to our favorite beach on island as well as the general store. House was clean, comfortable, just as described. We enjoyed our stay!

Maryann is SUCH a treasure! She really is the hostess with the mostest! Gives great recommendations, homemade coffee and treats, and if you mention you like something, she might get it for you! Making this Philly girl a wannabe Maine resident! Couldn’t recommend more.

The condo was better than the pictures. It was well equipped, the price vs the situation was really good. Spacious and private with great amenities. I would live to rent again next year.

We absolutely loved our visit to Appledore Cottage! It was quaint and perfectly relaxing. The screened in porch was the best place to just sit…very quiet and peaceful!

Home is very expansive with room for multiple families to reside together. Lots of games and activities for all ages. Amazing location within minutes to airport and short drive to downtown
