We had a very nice stay at the house. Alessandro and his mother are very friendly and helpful. The house is very private and beautiful. The garden is huge and the pool is great for warm days. Love to come back!!

It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

Sara was immediately helpful and proactive, helping me to find the place and sending exact coordinates. There was plenty of room to park which was delightful coming from Milan. Her folks from nearby met me to show me around and give me the keys. The house was big, beautiful and clean and very well stocked with all the necessities. Since I was alone, I stayed in an upstairs single with a gorgeous balcony with a stunning view of a classic medieval Italian hill town. I met the locals and they were super nice- I even went on a hike with one who showed me the beautiful stream valley (the Ania). The terrain and culture is absolutely storybook! Made lots of forays to Barga for dinner and entertainment. Wonderful time thank you Sara and Paolo Great WiFi too!

Very positive is the beautiful property with lots of plants, a fountain and a pool as well as sweet cats. The manager Chiara was very flexible for the check in time and extremely friendly. The apartment comes in a rustic country style and was handed over to us absolutely clean. It has everything important but is not very modern or well equipped. I would like to criticize the situation. The apartment is in a very inanimate village with only one shopping (penny) and no nice places or restaurants. A car is a must to have a nice breakfast in a neighboring village in the morning or to visit the Tuscan cities of Lucca and Pisa. So if you are willing to travel a lot by car, you will find a very nice accommodation here with friendly landlords and a good value for money.
