Great walk-out basement unit. excellent location, quiet but near many restaurants. less than 10 minutes away from the university hospital, and only 2-3 min away from the ARC and the Farmer's market. The fridge has plenty space and kitchen has some basics, not great for extended stay or extensive cooking. The bed was very comfortable, soft but not too soft, and the bedding was great!

Staying at Brenda’s place was an absolute delight! The space is full of rustic charm, with original features that give it so much character—from the beautiful woodwork to the cozy, vintage touches throughout. It felt like stepping into a cozy retreat with a story to tell, but with all the modern comforts you’d want. Brenda was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and thoughtful. She made sure everything was just right for our stay and added special touches that made us feel truly welcome. The location was quiet and serene, yet still close to everything I needed. If you’re looking for a stay that’s unique, relaxing, and full of personality, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’d definitely stay here again!

Ann's place is in a quiet wooded neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. So very quiet but only minutes from columbia. The room has everything you need for your stay in the COMO area with a well thought out design of kitchen, living, and sleeping space. It also has a large back yard with lawn and woods behind for your outdoor enjoyment. Highly recommend!
