Monthly Rentals in Penn Yan

This was an awesome little place for my wife and I to stay for a night. Extremely clean, tidy and very comfortable. The beautiful surroundings and peaceful cows are an added bonus!! The best of both worlds too with it only being a 10 minute ride to town. Highly recommend!!

The interior of the house was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and incredibly cozy, making us feel right at home. The host was very responsive to all communications and dealt with a small issue promptly and professionally, which we greatly appreciated. The views from the property were lovely, offering stunning scenery that enhanced our relaxing getaway. While the exterior could use some improvement to match the interior’s charm, it didn’t detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable and scenic stay!

My wife and I spent a few nights at Minnie’s home and it was exactly what we were looking for. It was easy to find and looked exactly like the photos. The home was extremely clean and had everything you could ask for. We absolutely loved the den area downstairs! I strongly recommend this home to anyone just looking to get away for a bit and relax.

We’re definitely staying here again! The apartment was clean and spacious, and if we had any questions, they were answered right away. Everything was within walking distance as the apartment was in a great location, and if you had to drive to any of the wineries/breweries/distilleries, they were all within a reasonable distance.
