Monthly Rentals in Penfield

House was very clean, beds were comfortable, nice big comfy couch & large tv in living room. We were in town 2 nights, to visit family nearby, so really just slept here. Had everything we (6 adults) needed, and neighborhood was quiet. Zach is a great host.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s on a quiet and quaint street and close to town. I suggest leave your vehicle in the off street parking spot and walk to town where there is lots to do. Highly recommend this adorable location. Host was very responsive and friendly ❤️

I was in the area for business and this place worked out perfect for location—close to where I was going and ideal for restaurants. Just a block or so from fine dining and brewpubs. If I am in the area again I would stay for sure. Thanks for having me.

Our only regret was not booking a longer stay. This house is thoughtfully and thoroughly prepared for guests, and perfectly appointed. This host has anticipated the needs of guests, and we wanted for nothing. As a family of six, there was plenty of space and seating in both the living and dining areas, plenty of dishes and appliances, plenty of towels, and beds for everyone. Add the natural lighting, gorgeous yard and neighborhood, and we did not want to leave!
