Monthly Rentals in Peccioli

The apartment is delightful. Recently restored in a very neat and functional way, it is equipped with everything you could wish for. The room with the balcony upstairs is very bright and very welcoming. The location is perfect, very central and convenient. For breakfast, in addition to coffee, biscuits, etc., we found excellent homemade muffins! We had a great time at the Casina Rossa and we recommend it to everyone! Thank you Monica and Antonio

What a beautiful place! Located right in the piazza in front of the church, restaurants directly downstairs and the most delicious gelato right at the front door. The hosts greeted us in person and gave wonderful advice, local recommendations and a ticket for free wine and olive oil tasting. The apartment itself was clean, bright and gorgeous. Peccioli was the most adorable town, very quiet and we felt like locals. Everyone was so warm and friendly and our two small children had a fantastic time. Our two year old exclaimed “mommy I so happy!”- our little girl is hard to impress so that is saying a lot! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for letting us experience your beautiful home!

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!
