Monthly Rentals in Old Mahabaleshwar

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The location is really in the nature with trees, monkeys and birds around. We were in the 2 room Villas and they are very spacious and match the description and are look even better than the photos. The pool is surrounded by trees and can be really refreshing in the summer. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food is very homely and was really good. Overall we felt very happy to choose this stay and would do it again.

We stayed there for 3 nights, I must say it's worth of your money. From all my bnb experiences, this property is well maintained, rooms,washrooms,kitchen are neat and clean. She has got her staff so gentle n dedicated towards their duty, jotiba kaka n his wife are above n beyond in prociding service. It offers a magnificent view of mountain. Location wise, its near to market n other points. Best part is the locality is calm n perfect to relax. Hope she maintains the property as it is.

We loved the property and our stay for 2 nights. Positives: 1. Beautiful & green surroundings with no noise 2. Lovely interiors giving a feel of an old era home 3. Well maintained 4. Cook (Kanchan) & caretaker (Usha) were very polite and helpful 5. Food cooked by Kanchan was very tasty 6. 1km walking distance from Mahabaleshwar market and Wilson point 7. Bella, Pixie & Dodo (3 dogs of the owner) made it a memorable stay; especially Pixie who welcomed us with a hug 8. Garden was lovely with lots of flowers Feedback: 1. Geyser in Bedroom 4 (ground floor) was not working properly during our stay. 2. The door of bathroom of Bedroom 1 (big room on 1st floor) only opened half way and then got stuck. Then one had to push hard and it made lot of noise before it fully opened.

This villa is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that make the stay even more special. The place was spotless, and Prasad was an amazing host, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The caretakers were also incredibly kind, and we asked them to prepare lunch and dinner for us throughout our stay—each meal was delicious! One of the highlights was the beautiful strawberry farm right next to the villa. Since it was strawberry season, we had the chance to pick fresh strawberries, which was such a fun experience. Overall, the entire stay was perfect, and I would 100% recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be back! ❤️
