What a beautiful property! Perfectly located, minutes away from great tourist spots. Highway is 100 metres away, so convenience was not an issue. Food served was the winner, the didi handling kitchen is incredible! Clean hygienic rooms, spacious practical common areas to sit and a cosy bonfire on both days made our trip complete!

Rahul’s place is around 10-15 mins away from the city centre but very conveniently located. The peaceful surroundings adda up to the natural beauty. The view is simply breathtaking. Rahul was very responsive and catered to all our needs. He is indeed a very nice and helpful person. One thing that requires a special mention - The Food! Simply awesome. Highly recommend this place at Mahabaleshwar.

Loved the place! Everything was as described. The only issue is that the last stretch of road connecting to the place is not well-constructed. The market is also a bit far away, which worked for us since we had bought everything we could need beforehand itself.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, which we booked for 8 adults and 6 children. The rooftop pool with its breathtaking views was a highlight. Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of fantastic, largely due to the exceptional hospitality we experienced. From the moment we booked, our host was incredibly responsive, making sure our arrival was completely hassle-free. Their proactive communication continued throughout our stay, checking in periodically to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This level of attentiveness truly made us feel valued and well-cared for. Beyond the host, the caretaker deserves immense praise. They were wonderfully catering and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their dedication added a significant layer of comfort and convenience to our trip. And the property itself? Simply stunning! It's clear a lot of love and care has gone into maintaining the space, especially with the abundance of beautiful plants that create a serene and picturesque environment. Every corner offers a delightful visual.

Wonderful stay. The villa was very beautiful. The pool was also amazing and very clean, not like your regular chlorine infested pool. The host was super helpful and easy to communicate. Even the caretaker was very helpful and sweet. Would highly recommend this place for family.

Mesmerizing view, spotless clean and well furnished property, looks exactly same as it is listed- this is one of the best stays I had with AirBnB. The property is quite spacious, actually suits if you have a big group of 8-10 people. Even though the property was quite old as per locals, it was renovated with all modern amenities and maintained nicely. Our caretaker Sunil was quite helpful, was always willing to help. There are few functional issues and property might not be quite VFM, but it's not deal breaker considering the location, space, breathtaking view. Just a side note- Even though the property has well equipped kitchen, there is no cook available for making any meals at home, however there are plenty of restaurants available nearby for online ordering. Overall it's a must recommend property.

We had an incredibly comfortable and memorable stay organised by Mr.Ajit. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how exceptionally clean the entire place was. The bungalow offered truly stunning views that we enjoyed every day. Our host was a standout – always prompt with communication, very approachable, and genuinely helpful, which made a huge difference. The location is fantastic, combining scenic beauty with easy access to all the major attractions in Panchgani. All listed amenities were perfectly available and functional. We highly recommend this beautiful bungalow for anyone visiting the area!"
