Monthly Rentals in Ocotal Beach

We stayed at this complex last year and returned again. It's ideally located—800m from Playa Ocotal and 3 km from El Coco. A golf cart made getting around easy. Cozy Sweet Dreams Studio felt very homey. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the photos don’t do it justice. The grounds feature three pools, which we often had to ourselves. The unit sleeps four (queen + bunk bed), perfect for us and our daughter. She loved spotting howler monkeys, hummingbirds, magpies, and even a gray fox. My wife appreciated the thoughtful amenities: blow dryer, coffee maker, blender, washer/dryer, and a clock bluetooth speaker. It truly felt like home. I liked that it’s peaceful yet close to town. Paul was very responsive—he sent someone quickly when we had a small plumbing issue. We’re already looking forward to returning. This place is a hidden gem!

Mark was a super responsive host and the place was perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. We especially loved coffee/happy hour on the balcony overlooking the beautiful Pacific, and how easy it was to access the lovely and chill beach (with good snorkeling spots!).

It’s hard not to start by mentioning the hosts—Julie and Francis are incredibly friendly, welcoming, available, and proactive. They go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible. The apartment itself is brand new, spotless, practical, and equipped with everything you need—and all with great taste! It’s perfect for a couple or a solo traveler looking to explore Coco, its beaches, and activities. I will definitely be back without a doubt! I recommend it 200%. Thank you!
