Beautiful oceanfront apartment

We loved the house on the beach. It was so easy to find and check in to. There were more than enough beds in the flat and the air conditioning made it quite nice. Kitchen was well stocked; the only improvement could be that some of the appliances like the toaster looked old and I was reluctant to use it. Balcony was really great, hearing and seeing the ocean. The bathrooms were well stocked with soaps, shampoos and tons of towels. Showerhead could be upgraded, though. Other than couple minor things, I would say this was a really great place to stay, totally value for money and I would say again

Oceanfront Villa just steps to beach and pool

Spectacular views from every room on the upper level. Extremely walkable to the beach, just a couple minutes even with our young children in tow. Closer than you'd expect given the elevated view. Beach was great with tide pools on one end and mild waves and trees for shade on the other. Our kids loved playing in the ocean there and it felt calm and safe. We saw lots of iguanas, birds, and heard but did not see the howler monkeys. Kitchen was well equipped with good cookware, knives, etc. Comfy beds, good AC, nice bathrooms. It was our first time in CR and we thought we might encounter all kinds of bugs at the house but there were practically none. A short drive to town with lots of food choices and grocers. The road gets busy at times with pedestrians, bikes, scooters, etc, but it is an easy drive. Parking a large vehicle requires finesse but very doable. The pool is right next to the house and was usually empty when we wanted to use it. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

An excellent place to go to rest and it is close to El Coco, to buy everything you need, a strategic point to visit other beaches and arrive in the afternoon to take a dip in the pool. At first, leaving the car outside the property did not make me very happy, but I can attest that they do have 24-hour security in the condominium.

Great location! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a pool within the gated community but the water slides and infinity are a separate deal. The villa itself was perfect, 3 queen bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Host and property manager were extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent condominium, very well equipped, with very good quality utensils, very well decorated, with comfortable and modern furniture, air conditioners in rooms and dining room. Nearby and very clean and thoughtful pool. Parking right next to the condominium. Very safe and private. Ocotal beach at 800m. Noises and music are not allowed. Second floor. Pet friendly with internal green areas. Michael is very attentive and attends soon.

If you are looking for a unique and memorable place to stay in Tamarindo, this is it. The place was as beautiful as the photos show and we were smitten by Lola the parrot at our door each morning. We really appreciated having cleaners come to tidy up while we left each day - not something you typically get with an Airbnb rental. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to this part of Costa Rica in the future.
