Monthly Rentals in Oaxaca

So so so pleased with our stay! The location is amazing - you're near so much good food, but the loft is far back enough that there is no street noise. One of the more popular mezcal bars is by the entrance of the lofts. The space itself was gorgeous. The main area was spacious, and it was so nice having a fridge and cool air conditioning. The patio area was private and added so much character. The bathtub worked perfectly. The hosts communicated quickly and were kind enough to allow an early check-in. Many toiletries were provided along with fresh water and coffee, etc. The only downside was that the shower drained very slowly, so we had to be quick to prevent it from overflowing. We finished our stay in Oaxaca at local hotels, and we can confidently say that this place is worth the extra price, especially if you'll be enjoyng some downtime in the room

Martha’s place was exactly as described! It’s located close to the center but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night. The location was very also very safe. The apartment was clean and cozy and had wonderful amenities. We enjoyed the patio and terrace. Martha was very responsive and helpful. I’d recommend this apartment and would stay here again in the future!

This is a very cool and peaceful space in the heart of Oaxaca. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from all the best cafés, restaurants, galleries, and the Sánchez Pascuas market, yet quiet and calm at night for restful sleep. Jude is a fantastic host and full of thoughtful recommendations that made our stay even more special. The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook meals (including multiple coffee-making options). The WiFi was fast and reliable for work and video calls, and the little details — like a welcome bottle of mezcal and high-quality linens — made us feel instantly at home. This is one of those places you want to keep coming back to. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay! The views of the mountains, the terrace, skylights, windows/doors, modern design, spacious rain shower, and kingsized bed made it difficult to leave! The apartment had the feeling of a modern boutique condo and the hosts were super responsive. It was also easy to get around because the apartment is within walking distance of the city’s center. I whole-heartedly recommend Aloja T!!! It is a hidden gem!
