Holiday rentals with breakfast in Oak Bluffs

If you're going to Falmouth, there is only one place to stay, and that's Lisa's house. She lives on a beautiful dirt road a stone's throw from a picture perfect cape cod inlet. The house is immaculate, spacious, and decorated in classic Cape Cod Style. Everything is sparkly clean, well lit, and charming. Lisa is the hostess of the century - she went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. She is a "Superhost" in the making for sure. Make the right choice, and stay with lisa!

Mary and David made me feel right at home. They were kind, easy to communicate with and went out of their way to be helpful. The room is beautiful as shown on the pictures - comfy bed with pristine linens, everything was clean and quiet. In the morning I was greeted by their friendly dog in the kitchen while pouring a cup of coffee. Also, I enjoyed nature walks to the lake a few steps from their house. I highly recommend this place. Good value and great experience.

Beautiful beach house with access to a private beach, kayaks, and the backyard. perfect for enjoying some time on the property and also touring around Falmouth and making a day trip at Martha's Vineyard. Lisa is a very warm and friendly host. You'll have a wonderful stay here!

We had an incredible stay at David and Mary's house! The house was exactly as described - spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and located in a charming neighborhood on Cape Cod. Our room was absolutely beautiful and the bed was super cozy and comfortable. It was great to have the privacy of a walk-in bathroom (fantastic shower and all the amenities we could ask for). Mary and David went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, providing thoughtful touches like coffee in the morning and information about the area. They are very welcoming and kind, with a great sense of humor. Communication was seamless, and they responded quickly to any questions I had. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Cod and would love to stay again!

My stay was wonderful. My room was extremely clean and well kept, and everything looked in order. The house was pretty close to a lot of things within a short Uber drive, and there were amenities such as towels and bathroom needs provided. I had a great time staying there.

We stayed at Wiz's place for 3 nights and felt right at home! Our stay was super pleasant, there are a lot of things to do in the area and we could have stayed a lot longer. The breakfast was such a nice little touch and the homemade goodies were very much appreciated! Thanks again for everything!!

Our son stayed at their place for two months. Mary and David were extremely friendly, and welcoming. They gave him very helpful advice about living in the area. He really enjoyed the conversations he had with them. I would definitely book with them again and strongly recommend them to any future tenants.

Lisa is a friendly and gracious host. Her home is lovely and located in a great spot for exploring the Falmouth area.

Marjory is the kindest, most thoughtful host. And the studio is perfect. Quiet, and surrounded by the most peaceful West Tisbury meadows. It’s the ideal launching place for up island explorations, days at Lamberts Cove, and just generally relaxing and getting into that deep calm of rural Vineyard vibes. I’ll be back!

Freddy is a treasure and to stay in his Airbnb has been an honor. It's really well located and his extensive knowledge of all the happenings during the weekend positioned us right in the heart of the action.

This is my 20th summer traveling to the Vineyard. And I must admit, my stay at Kathleen's place has been the BEST!!!!!!!! Her place is clean, comfortable, and convenient to all the hot spots in Oak Bluffs. To top it off, I looked forward to the homemade scrumptious breakfast that Kathleen prepared each morning. Moreover, the accommodation comes with premium housekeeping services. Thus, Kathleen is the consummate host- staying at her place will make your Vineyard experience even more memorable.

Paul’s place is like a museum! So much history and he takes great pride in it! Tracey met us and gave us all the important info we needed! We got settled in and felt right at home. The bed was so comfortable and the newly refinished bathroom was large with a shower that had great pressure. The breakfast the next morning, wow! It was perfection! Thank you Tracey and Paul! We will definitely be back!

Charming, clean, comfortable. Great location one block from the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and lots of shops and restaurants in town. The hosts went out of their way to help me arrange a shuttle from airport and even offered to buy a sandwich and leave it in my room since I would be arriving after all the restaurants were closed. Wonderful, very ample breakfast with lots of variety- quiche, granola, fruit, toast etc. served in the morning. The other guest were very friendly and enjoyed sharing notes on their travels. Highly recommended!

Can't recommend Susan and Tom's place enough: From start to finish it was peaceful, quiet, friendly, clean, and overall nice. Tom even makes breakfast in the morning which was a great experience. The house is secluded and quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room and bath were clean and large. Tom and Susan make you feel right at home. The place is about a 15 minute drive to the ferry for Martha's Vineyard, which we did one day. Helpful hint: try the Jack and the Beanstalk farmer's market just down the road from Susan's place: they have wonderful lobster rolls, fresh salads, and big stuffed sandwiches all at local prices.

It was quaint and comfortable, just like the owner.
