Holiday rentals with breakfast in Dukes County

We had a fantastic time. The house was beautifully appointed with everything you could need to spend a week with three kids. The location was .4 miles to Shipwreck restaurant and the beach. Just a short drive to all the shops in Falmouth. Excellent communication and access with Julie. I recently had a knee replacement and found the house very accessible. Loved the gates on the porches with my 14 month old twin grandchildren. Everyone of all ages had a fantastic time! Would highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our week on the island. The location was nice and quiet, but conveniently located within a short walking distance of everything in downtown Edgartown. Our host Claire was kind enough to suggest recommendations on some favorite locations and activities around the island. The house had everything we needed for a family of 4 and a baby. And the outdoor shower was so relaxing.

If you're going to Falmouth, there is only one place to stay, and that's Lisa's house. She lives on a beautiful dirt road a stone's throw from a picture perfect cape cod inlet. The house is immaculate, spacious, and decorated in classic Cape Cod Style. Everything is sparkly clean, well lit, and charming. Lisa is the hostess of the century - she went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. She is a "Superhost" in the making for sure. Make the right choice, and stay with lisa!

To say Marushka and Michael are great people would be an understatement! The best air b&b by far. Marushka got up b4 everyone to start the coffee, then prepare breakfast with fresh fruit, French toast, bacon, juices etc. She also asked us to eat dinner with them and noted what I would or wouldn’t eat, to accommodate me. Very accommodating and amazing wonderful people. The home had a warm feeling with its eclectic style. We would go back again to stay with them.

Lisa is a friendly and gracious host. Her home is lovely and located in a great spot for exploring the Falmouth area.

Marjory is the kindest, most thoughtful host. And the studio is perfect. Quiet, and surrounded by the most peaceful West Tisbury meadows. It’s the ideal launching place for up island explorations, days at Lamberts Cove, and just generally relaxing and getting into that deep calm of rural Vineyard vibes. I’ll be back!

Freddy is a treasure and to stay in his Airbnb has been an honor. It's really well located and his extensive knowledge of all the happenings during the weekend positioned us right in the heart of the action.

We had an amazing stay at Kathleens Cottage. Both her and Frank were amazingly friendly hosts. The accommodation is spacious with bedroom, living area and bathroom - all spotless. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Added bonus here are the wonderful breakfasts each morning where Kathleen treats you to her daily bakes (banana/pecan and coffee cakes were delicious) plus soufflé etc... each morning she had something different. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the decked garden area each morning enjoying breakfast and chatting, getting great recommendations of what to do and where to go and was the perfect start to what were busy and enjoyable days exploring this beautiful island. Frank and Kathleen gave us great recommendations for places to eat and even gave advice on where to go for our next stop in the itinerary (Newport, Rhode Island - their recommendations were again 100% spot on). Thanks both for being such great hosts. 100% recommend this place

Kathleen & Frank were very friendly hosts. Kathleen provided all the amenities and a wonderful homemade breakfast each morning. The yard and home were very welcoming. The plantings, flowers and peaceful backyard was lovely. We would definitely return again to Kathleen’s cottage.

Charming, clean, comfortable. Great location one block from the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and lots of shops and restaurants in town. The hosts went out of their way to help me arrange a shuttle from airport and even offered to buy a sandwich and leave it in my room since I would be arriving after all the restaurants were closed. Wonderful, very ample breakfast with lots of variety- quiche, granola, fruit, toast etc. served in the morning. The other guest were very friendly and enjoyed sharing notes on their travels. Highly recommended!

Our third time at Amandine’s place for an on-season stay. It remains our favorite Airbnb we’ve stayed at. The bed rivals five star hotel beds, extremely comfortable. The space is styled very well. Robes and beach chairs are provided. Fresh apples, granola bars, cereal, new container of milk in the fridge all nicely positioned. This is what Airbnb is supposed to be. My favorite part of this property is the historic cottage leaves a pleasant earthy wood scent on your clothes which I’ve come to find addictive. Highly recommend, perfect for an island stay.

We had an amazing time in MV staying here. Great location, beautiful home, and very responsive hosts! Really appreciate how well stocked the house was with anything you might’ve forgotten. Definitely would stay again.
