Monthly Rentals in North Redington Beach

Was exactly as expected. Location across from beach and bonus that several restaurants and even a liquor store in walking distance. Note there is construction going on to the building entire bottom floor and walls are thin but that should be done by Fall of 2025. Well stocked with generous supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, even laundry stuff etc. Had some beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. Overall, it was as described, as expected, and a good value.

Another wonderful stay at Devin's place. The home is exactly as shown and is very clean. She has everything you need just bring some favorite food and a bathing suit! A beautiful view and great places to eat nearby. Devin is so fast to respond to anything needed. It got cold one week and she reached out to make sure we had enough blankets etc. Always a pleasure. Looking forward to our next stay!!

We loved our 7 week stay at Kelly's beautiful, well-stocked and immaculate condo. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated and the furniture is comfortable. Just pack your swimsuit, beach chairs and towels are provided and the beach is a quick walk across Gulf Boulevard. We saw gorgeous sunsets and great shells. Although the area is still recovering from the hurricane, many restaurants have reopened and are a short walk away. Kelly is a terrific host and was quick to respond to issues. We can't wait to return!
