Apartment holiday rentals in North Redington Beach

Our stay in the Flamingo room was seriously the best!! Mrs. Kim was so quick to respond and made check in and out so easy. The check out instructions consisted of only one request - take out the trash before the end of your stay - how easy! My best friend and I went for a girls trip and loved the easy access to the public beach. Additionally, the exit gate from the suites is RIGHT near a crosswalk across the street. We had the opportunity to meet Mrs. Kim in person and she is seriously the sweetest. She seemed SO very authentic - just in the little time we got to speak. While we were there, they continued to focus on upkeep and additions to the space, including adding a full length mirror to our room. The only thing my friend and I said was that we wished we had access to was an ice machine! But this was so minor with all the great accepts of our stay.

Wonderful place. Agnes communicated clearly and checked up on us the whole time we were there. The condo was stocked with everything we needed: linens, paper products, stuff for the beach and even basic supplies for cooking. The condo complex was well maintained. It is one of the cleanest places we’ve rented. And the mattress was firm, not needing replacing. We will definitely stay here again.

I don’t generally leave reviews, but this was an exceptional place to stay! My husband even commented that this was his favorite of all the places we’ve stayed!! Check in and check out we’re both so incredibly easy. The beach was beautiful and very private and the entire building was so clean. April had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, to linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc…And the views from the large balcony are absolutely breath taking. We’ve already agreed that this will be the place we book again next year!

I and my family had a wonderful stay. The studio had everything we needed— an amazing location, incredible pool, terrific AC unit, a super comfy bed, and a working kitchen! The coolest thing was the fact that my buddy could pull his boat to the docks behind the building and pick us up to cruise the beautiful waters. We have already decided we must return!!!

We had such an amazing stay. The location was so ideal and the space was perfect for my husband and I. The beds were comfortable, space was clean and beautifully decorated. Location was close to everything but also far enough to disconnect. We will be back to the area and will have this as favorite spot!

This listing is sooo much better than described. Right on the gulf! Our unit had a full on gulf view and we didnt even realize it when we booked. Yes, its a bit dated, but for the location and price its unbeatable. Theres no public beach access nearby so its a very quiet stretch of beach. LOTS of restaurants and bars nearby as well as all your standard touristy attractions. Absolute GEM at a great price. There were some negative reviews that Id like to address here. The shades in the living room/dining room are missing a few slats but they functioned and were fine, nothing is really in front of the wondows to see in anyhow. I believe there were comments on the beds as well and they too were fine. They have a memory foam topper that was comfortable for one, but my wife and I had to sleep in seperate beds. We are used to a king bed though. We will absolutely be back and cant wait to stay here again! Best on the beach!!!

Second time we have said at this apartment complex and the condo was spotless and in a great location near the beach. I loved walking on the beach daily. Maderia Beach is still recovering from last year's hurricane and the ground floor condos are all gutted. Works are ongoing but didn't affect our stay. We would love to rent the condo again.

Allan's Madiera Beach condo was amazing. First off: On. The. Beach. We saw dolphins from the balcony. First floor overlooking the pool and tiki huts give a great vibe. We went from inside the unit to standing in sand in seconds. Second: You are as close as you can get to the shops and bars and restaurants at John's Pass. Also close to the drawbridge to Treasure Island, which is fun to watch raise up to let sailboats through. Perfect location. Third, the unit is immaculately clean, and amazingly organized. Kitchen countertop was spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out all our vacation snacks. We used the microwave and the oven and the blender and the coffee maker and the dishwasher, all great. Pull out bed in the living room was super comfy, our 11 year old slept on it every night no problem. TV and wifi were flawless. King bed was nice and comfy, bathroom was great. Back closet was FULL of beach gear. Whatever you need they've probably got one. Final verdict: paradise.

Jaysons place is great. Although we had a very short visit, It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and had supplies you don’t usually find in rentals. Jayson was very prompt in responding. Also a very nice young lady at the office along with Jayson handled a small parking issue upon arrival in less than 10 minutes. We had a wonderful time and would love to visit this condo again in the future.

Shane’s place was just steps away from the beach! It was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Communication and check in were great. The beds were very comfortable. Definitely a great place to stay at Redington Beach!

Amr’s home was just what we needed for a beach weekend. It’s very easy to get into and right on the beach. The home was super spacious and the locker was full of anything we needed. Next time I’m in need of a beach weekend I’ll be booking here again!

Condo was in a GREAT location very walkable to lots of places. Condo was a perfect layout for our group. Great communication from Mindy and shared lots of info before our arrival.

We are locals and wanted a place to come to for the beach and enjoy the quiet. This was a mini get away for us to remember how much my dad enjoyed the ocean. Today is the anniversary of his 1 year passing. We all enjoyed how beautiful the air bnb was. The pool was great and the hot tub. We thank you for allowing us to come stay at your lovely air bnb and hope to come back again one day.

Place was clean and nice. Room was directly across from hotel pool and beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass. Paid parking lots next door if you have visitors.

I loved my stay. Amy was wonderful and helpful. We stayed in #3, which is in the back. it was quiet and secluded. Will have to come again.

We had the perfect beach getaway! Sloppy Joe’s was our go-to spot for sunset food and drinks, and the public beach access just across the street made everything convenient. Having a Publix nearby was perfect for cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. We stayed in the best unit in the building—equipped with everything we needed for the beach, including a wagon, chairs, and even towels. If you’re traveling with kids, we highly recommend a boat shelling tour and checking out FloridaRAMA or MOSI for a fun break from the sun!

This condo was the perfect fit for our large family. We had 6 adults & 5 children (all 5 years old or under). We were so happy to see the Baby-Walker & Full size High-Chair for our baby boy who likes to get into things and still isn’t walking yet. The closets were packed full of useful beach items (wagons, umbrellas, chairs, etc) as well as plenty of sand toys for the little ones. The host had exceptional communication from the day we checked in until our very last day when he personally wished us safe travels home back to Indiana. Condo was spotless when we arrived, kitchen stocked with dishwashing pods, bathrooms with soap+towels, and laundry room full of supplies. Overall extremely satisfied with our stay at the Beach Cottages and will be back! Thank you!

Very clean, great location! We were there for a concert at the England Brothers Park. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hosts were quick to respond with a couple of questions I had.

Fabulous place! Well appointed, everything you need for a relaxing week on the bay. Loved waking up to dolphins, manatees and sting rays swimming in the waters below. Perfect viewing from the large balcony as you sip your morning coffee. Fishing off the storm wall was fun, a little bit of everything was caught (nice to have a bait shop "bay pines bait & tackle" right across the bridge). Quick note - no more dock, lost to the last hurricane, like most wooden docks in the area - not a big deal. Pool was refreshing and well kept, we swam daily. Having Doc Ford's, a restaurant/bar, just a few steps from the place also a big plus. Chicken wings / extra crispy - can't go wrong. Some previous guests mentioned traffic noise from the hwy, we experienced very little of that. Once in the apartment the last thing you think about is traffic noise - a nice retreat. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and thoughtfully curated retro oasis! The space was clean, full of charming touches and amenities, and had a truly unique vibe. Being so close to the SunRunner, we were able to explore St. Pete (the pier, downtown, and more) without using our car at all during the weekend! The jacuzzi was also a PERFECT way to unwind. The hosts, Liz and Ernesto, were incredibly welcoming and kind—even offering us a sweet anniversary toast upon arrival. All in all, this is a lovely space with incredibly kind hosts & we’d love to return again soon on our next trip to St. Pete! :)
