Thoroughly recommend this house for a group gathering. Beautiful property with great facilities and amazing views. The outside dining area was a great family space from which to enjoy the views and watch the spectacular sunset. A bonus is the use of the swimming pool and games room.

Miriam’s house is very welcoming, it’s her own home & feels cosy & comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard surrounded by plants and loved being so close to the centre of Norwich, just a short walk from shops, cafes, the river & cathedral.

Enjoyed Lindsey's home. She was very hospitable and great at responding to text and emails. We had a small issue with some burned out light bulbs that were up high in the bathroom and she was on it immediately to add more bulbs. She was a wonderful host! It was a very comfortable home with a lovely garden out back, perfect place for morning coffee. We had everything we needed in the kitchen which was well stocked. The stairs are very small & narrow so you need to be careful going up and down.

We had a brilliant stay in Cambridge at Matt and Mark’s house. The weather was amazing - hot and sunny and the garden provided some lovely shady places to sit and relax. The house itself is beautiful- really well equipped and very stylish. We loved it. The location is great too, quick to walk down to the river and into the centre of Cambridge but nice and peaceful too. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time in Georgina's town house . We liked the location which is very central for Norwich and also close to our grand-daughter's nursery! Georgina is an excellent, friendly and very responsive host. The house was lovely and clean and well equipped. We found it very comfortable. Working in the NHS for ir many years, I found the history of the house very interesting as the unique building is part of the old Bethel Hospital . We had a lovely stay .

We had a great stay in Holt, the property has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay and is so well located both to walk to shops and restaurants in the town, but also as a base to drive to the local coastal areas.

This property is in a perfect location- two great pubs nearby - we would in particular mention the quality of food at the Hanser. The extensive garden is well- suited to al fresco eating, and the barbecue gives it an extra dimension. Local area also great for walking, being very close to the Norfolk coastal path- we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Ticked all the boxes while working away with the lads four of us found this place just perfect. Clean bedding and towels and a well equipped kitchen and sky Q too. Suzanne was responded to messages and is a great host

A beautiful place for our annual family get together, beds were exceptionally comfortable and the house very spacious, there was nothing I could fault

Our stay was brilliant, Heike's home was warm, clean, with beautiful decor, and a lovely garden, and she'd given us some lovely extras such as wine, biscuits, doggy things, foil tins for our Christmas meal, and had put up Christmas decorations - it was all very thoughtful. And Heike was very responsive which was very much appreciated. The neighbourhood is quiet and river walks are a 5min drive away. We all had a lovely Christmas, thank you Heike!

A beautiful, homely place that suited the extended family of grandma, us and our adult children. Lovely, green and quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to the seafront and restaurants as well as a short drive to many other local attractions. We really enjoyed our short break here and would recommend Clare’s place without hesitation.

Wonderful house to stay in, everything you could possibly need and more in the house. Feels cozy and the fireplace definitely helps with that! The location is great, close to the town centre but in a nice quiet neighbourhood.

We had a great weekend staying at Samantha and Leanne’s lovely home. It’s clean, spacious, and bright with lots of nice homely touches, on a peaceful quiet residential street. It had everything we needed for a weekend in Norwich visiting friends. Samantha and Leanne were responsive and friendly. They were also very flexible about check in and check out which was so kind! Thank you Samantha and Leanne, I’m sure we’ll be back again soon 😊

Our kids (21 and 18) both walked in and said it felt so welcoming and had a great vibe. Lovely place to stay for the Cromer town and area. Walking distance to all place around Cromer. Cost place to stay with all the things you need for a few days away. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Recently stayed for our annual big family getaway and had a fantastic stay, the house was perfectly adequate for all 15 of us! The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked a big meal every night, the location is great too, easy walking distance into the town, and lots to do locally. We visited Felbrigg Hall and Hillside animal sanctuary, both within 6-7 mins by car. I’d particularly reccomend the animal sanctuary if you have children, it’s free of charge and the kids really enjoyed it! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Cromer!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful and big house. More thank enough space for 6 adults and 3 babies. The house was much bigger than expected. We had a slight problem with the cold water but the host was very responsive and it was fixed immediately. The house has great amenities and lovely rooms with bathrooms. We loved the locations and gorgeous views.

Lisa was a fantastic host and her property is beautiful and charming and stocked with all the needed essentials plus some. Travelling with kids we were comfortable in her place and had such easy access to all Sheringham has to offer. Would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Perfect! This is the second time we have visited peter’s place and we simply can’t fault it. Superb house in an excellent location. All the rooms are decorated, furnished and equipped to a high standard with nice quirky art and ornaments suited to the location and theme. You cant get any closer to the Cromer beach and pier with everything else you could possibly need including shops, cafe’s and pubs all within a 2 minute walk. Highly recommend

I had such a lovely stay. I was on a work trip but also visiting friends. The property had everything I needed, I had such a good night sleep super comfortable bed. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole was spotless. I would highly recommend and I will be coming back to stay again.

We enjoyed a family stay at Camilla’s house. It was the perfect size for the 6 of us and had everything we needed. Lovely garden to sit out in . We would highly recommend.
