We went to a wedding at a castle nearby and found Sue’s place close to the venue and town centre. This place is spotless and super family-friendly. Sue prepared all the baby’s essentials, from the cot, high chair, changing station, play mat, and nappies bin! Also, the balcony view is even better in real life when the weather is pleasant. We had a splendid time spending every morning there.

A fabulous apartment in Holt with reserved parking space in private car park just outside. Lovely hallway with stairs to first door to our very cosy apartment. Beautifully furnished with good quality sofa, chairs, cushions and artwork. The kitchen was spotless with clean and new utensils and equipment. Our bedrooms were very cosy with good quality linen for the beds and lovely covers and cushions. The bathroom was very clean with a lovely shower over bath and a very clean floor. We loved it. All shops, bars and restaurants were only a few minutes walk. We were 15 minutes from the beach in Sheringham which is a lovely town. We had a much needed family break so thank you so much for a lovely time.

We enjoyed a couple of very pleasant days in the flat. It’s located a short walk from the town centre and close to the sea front, so getting around is easy and yet it’s very quiet. By following the clear instructions passed to us by Emma’s husband, it was easy to find and get in. It was very clean and well equipped. Overall we felt it represented excellent value for money.

We have just returned from a fabulous break at this perfect retreat in Sheringham. This flat exceeded all expectations, simply put it was by far the best Air b&b we've ever stayed in! Tanya and Mark's attention to detail is fantastic! As well as being beautifully and tastefully decorated, there is milk in pots, tea/coffee, there are biscuits and there are all the cleaning materials you may want during your stay. There is a patio area where you may sit and chat outdoors. Would not hesitate to go again, cannot recommend enough!

As before- a wonderful stay in beautiful surroundings. Guy is very helpful and cheery- and talented at hanging garage doors!. The trees in full leaf were amazing - we’ll be back soon! Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay; the coachouse was ideally located, pristine and comfortable. Our hosts, Mary and Bill (owners) were extremely thoughtful, leaving toys, books and baby friendly items (high chair, stairgate etc) and all the extra essentials (breakfast items, milk, spreads) to help us get settled straight in. This has been quite possibly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in through Airbnb and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Clockhouse. The place was very comfortable and spacious enough. Bed was very comfortable too. Location was ideal to get to Cromer just within 7 minutes. I must mention the garden. It was soo beautiful and cared for. It made our stay even more special. I would definitely recommend Graham’s place and if we decide to visit the area again I will be looking to book the Clockhouse again.

We had a wonderful week in Gresham house. Perfect location and perfectly equipped with all essentials needed for a week's holiday ! Even a welcome basket plus a fridge full of cold drinks and milk. Everything was lovely - beds comfy, good shower and great seating! We would recommend it to anyone and hope to return sometime in the future

We loved our stay at Chris's apartment! Its in a beautiful part of Norwich, lots of great places nearby and walkable to the city centre. Everything was super comfortable, the place is really cool from a design perspective and appreciated a full stocked kitchen (spices, oil etc) for cooking. A note that the light gets into the bedroom pretty easily but I always travel with an eye mask and ear plugs - so would recommend that if you're a sensitive sleeper.

Lovely peaceful and super clean. Suzy really goes above and beyond with this place. I loved her recommendations, helped a lot. We enjoyed our stay very well.

The annex was easy to find with clear, helpful instructions. The surroundings were lovely and all the facilities were just as described, absolutely great. We had a fantastic nights sleep ready for our onward journey. There were lovely little extras waiting for us on arrival and one beautiful dog, Mabel who came over for cuddles. Thank you for letting us stay.

Marisol’s spacious annex apartment was a great place to stay whilst I was in Norwich for just one night. It’s very close to the hospital and UEA. Marisol was a lovely host and the check-in/out process was super easy.

Excellent facilities other than x3 minors 1. No sugar 2. Wfi difficult to locate password 3. Expected x3bedrooms and only x2 and pullout bed in lounge. Not a problem for our x2 nights but would be for a week or more. Ideal for x4 people Fantastic stay despite minor issues. Immaculately clean. Thank you

enjoyed our stay from start to finish, we're quite private people and even though it's at the side of Laura's garden we didn't notice ! toiletries and kitchen staples are a lovely touch . you could come here with just a change of clothes and not want for anything. excellent location for the train to Norwich in just 20 minutes.

Just returned from a wonderful week at Michelles apartment in Stalham. Travelled as a couple with our 11 year old daughter and looking forward to returning already. We were looking for a base to explore the Broads and Beaches and this place was perfect with so many things in easy reach, yet still in a peaceful location. Clean and comfortable apartment with a nice local pub and supermarket within 10 minute walk. Michelle was a pleasure to book with. Thankyou!

We enjoyed our stay at Cromer Country club. The surroundings were beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed with our two young children and they provided two travel cots and two high chairs and even some children’s plates dishes and crockery which was really useful! The apartment was cosy if a little dated, but we understand the property is currently undergoing a renovation program. We appreciated the amenities and visited the pool, sauna etc which looked like the photos. The kitchen was well equipped and had good quality pots and pans for cooking. Bed was comfortable and the bedroom had blackout blinds which was great. It was also useful to have toiletries provided. A smart TV would have been handy.

We had a lovely stay at Helen’s place near Oulton Broad for 3 nights with the kids and the dog. Lovely little attention to detail with dog treats and dog bowls left out, also some treats for the humans. Thanks!

Had a great few days’ stay in Annetta’s house – loved the character of the place and surrounding gardens. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Annetta is extremely friendly and helpful and her contact beforehand was very good. Nice touches include the hot tub and breakfast bits in the fridge. This is an ideal location to relax and explore the coast and inland. I would definitely recommend and intend to return to explore more of the area. Many thanks!
