Holiday rentals with a hot tub in North Norfolk District

We thoroughly enjoyed a family holiday at this property, with 6 adults and 3 kiddies. The house was really quirky, roomy and comfortable. The property has kept its aged beams and old characteristics whilst being updated. The house was really clean and tidy and contained everything you would need for a stay away from home. The adults and kids LOVED the hot tub and games room which made the property stand out. Holly was very quick at responding and made the holiday very easy going with great instructions and help when needed. The only one downside was an uncomfortable mattress, however we were able to swap a couple around since we had small children who could sleep on that one.

A fabulous find with a fabulous host. Spacious well thought out accommodation a few steps from a beautiful beach. Lots of little treats and extras provided and a hot tub too! Easy access to Great Yarmouth abd Norfolk coast by bus and a few pub/cafes/takeaways in the village. All you could want and more. Lynette is an extremely helpful and friendly host. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic Host and Venue. Always happy to help with any requests and even decorated the house to celebrate the Birthday Girls. High recommend going to the local Fox and Hound Pub for food, its literally a 30 second walk away. Will definitely be heading back here again for a nice relaxing break!!

We had a wonderful weekend stay the Pumphouse. The property is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, spacious with pristine bedrooms and bathrooms. The open plan living space is perfect for entertaining. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful with lovely walks. David was a brilliant host, friendly, responsive, helpful and did his absolute best when we had a unexpected problem with the alarm system. We would definitely rebook!

We had such a great family holiday at the cottage. There was plenty of space for 10 of us, with everything we needed, and the gas bbq was a bonus. It's in a great location within a short walking distance to the centre of Holt, with lots of nice places to eat and shop. It's also easy enough to drive to the beaches along the coast. This has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed in! The barn is spotless, had everything you need - and wonderful touches such as garden games and board games. The surrounding area is peaceful - with birdsong all day long. We spent a short but fabulous visit enjoying the space, the garden, the views and the hot tub! Just wonderful. Shaun is incredibly helpful and friendly. We will certainly be going back!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved having a BBQ, soaking in the hot tub, and taking in the stunning view of the water. Lovely barn conversion with lots of space and great facilities. Plenty of parking available.

We had the most amazing family stay for our mum's 60th birthday. The house was beautiful, interesting and fun. It had enough for all ages to do and the outside pool, tubs and eating space was perfect. We were so lucky with the weather and instead of going out to do expensive activities we made the most of the house, fishing, park and pub (so family friendly). We would definitely come back but would avoid the middle of summer as the house did get extremely hot, especially upstairs. It wouldnt put us off going back though. Stayed here with my partners family for the weekend, we had such a lovely time. We made good use of the pool table and the football table. It was very spacious with 7 of us and 2 little dogs. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely time at Sam's home. Myself and partner stayed with our 11 month baby, 2 year old, and 3 other family members. We all agreed that the good aspects of this home were VERY good and enabled us to have a brilliant time. The garden, pool and outdoor shower were the definite highlights of the stay. Inside the house was clean and the layout and space worked well for all 7 of us. As stated above, certain features of the stay were outstanding which is why we gave it 5 stars but there are a few aspects we felt could really take it to the next level. Not being able to flush toilet paper, electric bin not working, big crack in top landing window, bizarre food left in fridge, freezer and cupboards (beetroot in fridge, cat food in cupboards), door handle broken in downstairs bedroom leading to garden, dishwasher full on arrival, blinds not rolling down/up properly etc All things that are easily sorted and would ensure the same high standard throughout.

We stayed at Christine's lodge June 2025 for my 60th birthday; me, my partner and another couple, plenty of space for us. This is our second visit to this lodge (our first stay was Sept 2024) and it didn't disappoint. Exactly as we remembered and described in the listing, the lodge is beautiful with everything you need within it to make it comfortable. Felt like home from home but more serene with beautiful surroundings. The lodge park is remote but peaceful, yet not far from lots of local amenitities if you want them (note they are driving distance, not walking distance!) but this is exactly as we wanted it. Hot tub is perfect, not overlooked by anyone. Christine is a great host and her communication/updates couldn't be better. She replies promptly to messages and the detailed instructions regarding access to the lodge, 'house rules' and location could not be faulted. Thank you Christine and hopefully it won't be long before we can visit again x

We had a wonderful stay at Ivor’s place! The house was spotlessly clean, really well equipped and had everything we needed and more. Sofas and beds comfortable, garden lovely and secure. There was really helpful information from Ivor about everything in the house and the surrounding area. My favourite thing was being so close to the beach that you could hear the sea waves from the garden. Thankyou Ivor - we would very happily stay again and hopefully will one day!

The place if you want a quiet, peaceful getaway surrounded by the best of the Suffolk countryside. We had amazing weather for our one night stay. The bath was brilliant (takes a while to fill, bear in mind). The cabin was cosy and homely. I can imagine a winter stay would be equally wonderful. Being a Sunday evening and wanting a more substantial meal than was available at the closer (and offering food), we walked the The Poachers Pocket. About 1hr 10 mins at a leisurely pace along quiet lanes and bridleway. Looked like there was all you'd need to cook at the cabin and a large fridge. Would recommend to family and friends.

Had a wonderful stay at the little reef lodge. It was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. Everything was perfect, peaceful and quiet. Very doggie friendly also, get all round trip for all the family.

Amazing lodge, very clean and had all the amenities needed. We stayed for 1 night for my husband’s birthday and the little touches were lovely. A bottle of prosecco and orange juice plus milk in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom and robes for the hot tub! The hot tub was so nice, especially sitting inside and taking in the views! We had a lovely weekend at Suzanne’s place. The surroundings were beautiful and so peaceful. The hot tub was the highlight and we spent a very relaxing weekend in it. The place itself is so clean and has a lovely layout. Suzanne and her husband were so friendly and were always reachable if need be. We will definitely be back. Rachael and Sarah :)

Mick was the perfect host from the point of booking until we left. This place is a relaxing beautiful little haven amazing to watch the horses graze and the chickens run free. The hot tub is secluded and private and Mick kept it hot throughout our stay which was perfect when we returned from a nice long walk in the nearby forest. I cannot fault Bishy Barnabees it’s cute , quaint and has everything you need for a perfect relaxing getaway! We have already recommended this to friends and will definitely be returning!

A wonderfully cosy place where we were able to truly unwind. The fully enclosed garden was perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the peaceful sounds of birds and nature. The house itself is comfortable, well-appointed, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The jacuzzi was an absolute treat – a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. We really appreciated the attention to detail, and felt right at home.

We had a lovely few days here after booking VERY last minute due to a disaster stay elsewhere. We literally booked and checked in within 30 minutes. Space was clean, relaxing and the hosts were very friendly. Within minutes of requesting our stay, we had a response & the hot tub was being filled and heated. We'd recommend, even if you're not into fishing & we'll definitely return. Thanks for saving our Mini-Moon! X
