Beachfront holiday rentals in North Norfolk District

Beautiful two bed en-suite appartment, ground floor so great for my elderly in laws who came with us. Everything you need for a short or longer stay is provided. Lovely welcome pack on our arrival. Great showers in each en-suite. It was quiet to say close to other appointments. I Would definitely recommend Sarah's place, my mother in-law didn't want to leave, we would love to return in the not too distant future : )

We had an amazing stay! The house is beautiful, spacious and really comfortable beds. We love Gorleston and the house is just a 1 minute walk from the beach. There is lots to do, lovely walks and nice restaurants. Joanna was quick to respond and we would definitely recommend. We are even talking about coming back to the same house next year. Couldn’t have asked for a better holiday with our 2 children and 2 dogs.

What a great find! Mark was extremely friendly, helpful and a good communicator. The accommodation was a good size for two and very dog friendly. It was clean and well equipped, with plenty of storage space in the bedroom. Unfortunately there was little space in the kitchen for our food and drink, though the fridge freezer was a good size. The large rear windows are quite a feature but on sunny days it did get very warm inside. The rear courtyard is a good size and the BBQ was a real bonus. The bathroom is large as is the shower. As mentioned in the details, the owner’s house does adjoin the accommodation and has rooms above. The local pub, tea rooms, restaurant and nearby beach are great and all within a few minutes walk. Having a Sky box gives quite a lot of TV options. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Had a great stay here with my dog, it was very quiet, great proximity to the the beach, we walked to beach at 4am every morning to see the sunrise. Bed was absolutely comfy, had everything I needed, kitchen was well equipped for what I needed, I didn't cook though, ate out or ordered take away. Used chalet as a base to explore the area, would definitely come back if I coming back to the area.

Our adult family of 5 plus dog stayed at Victoria’s place for a long weekend. We was blessed with good weather and enjoyed utilising the secure garden and terrace. The house is well located to Brancaster beach (15min scenic walk) and the pub next door has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Car park fits 2 SUVs but always space outside. Great property, great location and a great host. Thank you again xx

Beautiful beach hut in glorious location on Wells beach. Binoculars in the hut were a bonus as we could watch the seals basking out on the beach.

The view is amazing and the best sea view we’ve ever had ! Space was exactly as described the only thing I would suggest is warning tape on the small step in the bathroom. Also the tap and toilet fittings were slightly loose. Thank you for a great stay

Beautiful property. Spacious and well appointed. Location is perfect for exploring the Norfolk coast. Hosts were wonderful, very responsive and took the time to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Booked for a last minute stay and couldn’t have been happier! Everything was super clean, and the furnishings were beautiful, made me feel right at home. Convenient features like AirCon and Laundry were a plus! Definitely exceeded my expectations! The location was 10/10 as well, right next to the beach, and all of the tourist attractions, which was great! Will certainly be staying here again!

We had a great week in this bright and cosy holiday Chalet. The advertising photos in my opinion show it for exactly what it is. The accommodation had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen to comfortable beds. We had some lovely warm sunny weather whilst we were there for the week so it was in a great location for coastal runs/walks and nice beaches not far. The White Horse Inn was also an added bonus just a stones throw away, with descent pub grub. We also used the Chinese takeaway next to the pub which was very satisfying. We are a family of four with a 15 year old son and 11 year old daughter and we would all recommend this chalet and location if you enjoy a peaceful environment with lots to do without having to travel too far. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had such a lovely time. Location was peaceful and the accommodation was perfectly placed for planned activities and so close to the beach. Inside was clean and lovely and warm and Hannah was fantastic at answering any questions very quickly and also making sure we were settled in. Thank you.

We stayed for 3 nights in Wells and the Watchman’s Cottage was a perfect place to stay. The house was really lovely, super clean and had everything we needed. Big tick that it was also dog friendly so our little Coco could enjoy the trip away too. Barry was super helpful, provided really great local information and check in was really easy. The parking arrangement with the shop opposite takes the stress out of finding somewhere to park. Would highly recommend. Great stay

Clean. Comfortable. Great location. Lynette was extremely responsive, friendly & helpful. It was ideal for 6 adults. Amenities were reached by foot shops, cafes etc. Lynette went that extra mile with a lovely Welcome gift! The hot tub was clean & we enjoyed using it. Couldn’t be happier with our stay! In the perfect spot with it being very peaceful and quiet, there’s nothing between you and the sea! Also very close to everything near by. Both were fab hosts with great communication. Would recommend and will visit again.

I have just come home from a 2 night stay at this beautiful house with 5 of my friends for a girls weekend away and we all throughly enjoyed ourselves. The house was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable and clean. Beautiful kitchen accessories such as plates, glasses and mugs. All very modern and clean. We particularly enjoyed the location with less than 25 steps to the view of the sea and a pub which was lovely and friendly. The walk to the beach was beautiful and less than 5 minutes. Overall a perfect weekend away in the sunshine catching up with friends. Would 100% recommend and stay here again.

Excellent from start to finish, comms were great too. Requested an earlier check and this was agreed. The place was spotlessly clean, nice complimentary touches of tea, coffeee, milk and water, even a bar of chocolate. Lots of useful local info in a well put together folder too. And literally steps from the beach. Would definitely use again if in the area.

Beautiful home and wonderful location. Easy walk to the beach and arcades for our children. We had an absolutely wonderful stay!

A great place to stay. We used it as a base to explore the Broads and it was easy to get around from here. The house benefits from off road parking which was easy to get in and out. It’s also close to the beach (5 mins walk away) The house was easy to find and was very comfortable and clean. It has all the usual modern conveniences. Sinead was very responsive to a couple of questions The village pub is worth a visit too the Fisherman’s Return. All in all a great place for our short break. It was

The flat was decorated to a very high standard. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle and a toaster in perfect working order. A range of crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses were provided. Some beach related items were also stored in the kitchen. The bedroom has a WC, shower and an illuminated mirror. There is also a bedroom with two single beds with clothes storage. The lounge has a three-piece suite, smart tv with a range of free to air channels. There is a blu ray player and a stereo, some board games is also provided. There is also a separate toilet in the flat. The double bed has storage for clothes. Anyone can use this flat and can be assured that it will be money well spent. Liz is on-hand by phone should you need assistance. A flat that the owner can be proud of.
