A wonderful property with a spectacular sea view! Very comfortable accommodation on a well-kept, quiet site. We loved sitting out on the deck listening to the waves lapping the beach and the birds singing in the trees. We found some wonderful walking trails right from the site which gave us Nightingales and Turtle Doves - such awesome birds to hear. We cannot wait to return!

Lovely little place. Sea side was short walk over the sand dunes. Outside seating was excellent as my mother in law can't walk much, however she sat on chair on the top of the sand dunes every day watching the sea. My 4 years old daughter loved jumping in the sea, over the waves. Over all it was lovely place to stay even our dog enjoyed walks on the beach (he can be funny about his walks).

Excellent spot! Two minutes to the sea, two minutes to town. Ample parking. We highly recommend.

In a very pretty village, with great walks nearby along the beach. 12th century church round the corner and the picture perfect lighthouse. If you want to stay somewhere quiet and relaxing, this is a great choice.

Fantastic location a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach & clifftops. The house itself is extremely well-equipped with everything you could think of, ample cutlery and crockery and very handy dishwasher and washing machine. We spent most of our time on hiking trails and coastal walks which are all easily accessible Smugglers Lane. There were plenty of other things to do in the local area, including farm shops, arts & crafts, the lavender farm, Sandringham estate, Hunstanton and its lengthy promenade, and a multitude of small cafes and shops. It was lovely to return every evening to this comfortable house to reminisce about the day in the peace and quiet of the garden. Helen has been an amazing communicative host and we recommend Sunset Retreat wholeheartedly. Thank you!

Sally was an excellent host, she was responsive and very accommodating (I needed a late check in and she was happy to oblige) The property was exactly as described and the photos show. It was warm and cosy and very close to the beach!

Spacious bungalow with a large garden ideal for families with kids. Very close to beach. We had a lovely stay all round. Can't think of anything that didn't work for us. 10 out of 10 Nice touch with the selection of books and toys. Great garden!

Excellent! A great location, exactly as advertised (and despite the description yes there is a shower above the bath- it’s excellent high pressure and loads of hot water). The hosts were great - a couple of issues (WiFi and hot water) were both delay with very quickly and pleasantly! Would stay there again. The pub is just a 15 minute walk away with great Sunday food!

The tree lined drive up to Chanty Barn sets the scene. Beautiful well kept gardens, fllower meadow & woods to explore at your leisure. There are numerous seating areas, where time just seems to stand still. We loved the many bird feeders placed perfectly so we could fully appreciate the visiting birds & Natural setting. ( Nuthatch, Green Woodpecker, Chiff Chaffs to name but a few ) We were lucky enough to see the Muntjac & Roe deer too. The accommodation is stunning, spotlessly clean, comfy & had everything that made our stay perfect. We visited RSPB Minsmere & Hen Reed Beds. Great area for birdwatching. Southwold is brill for shopping, eating & it has a beautiful beach. Annie, It has been an absolute joy to be able to get away from the maddening crowds & share this sacred space...thankyou, we shall return.

A beautiful, homely place to stay. Beds were very comfy and place was very clean and smelled lovely and fresh. Lovely walk to the beach and local restaurant and cafe. The beach has an amazing sunset view and is clean. Debbie and Ali were very attentive and replied in good time. We will definitely be booking to stay again.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay at West Wing and would be very happy to stay again in the future. The property is in a quiet, rural location. It is well-appointed and very clean. We requested a later-than-usual check-in time but was no problem. We would certainly recommend this property to anybody wishing to explore the Breckland area.

Great location and in walking distance to the wonderful beach at Brancaster. Our accommodation was well-equipped and very clean and comfortable.

thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Teresa's place. location is perfect. very peaceful. nice little village. Teresa is a very responsive and friendly host. greeted us when we arrived and had recommendations for a meal. left milk in the fridge which was very welcome. would definitely recommend her place.

lovely little Lodge perfect for our little break, 3 adults 3 kids and a 10 month old cocker spaniel. lovely enclosed garden for dog to roam around. hot tub was a hit. The games room the boys loved! Quiet location
